Despite booking three Coastal View Rooms together one book TDforExpedia booking, we were given two rooms on one floor and a third on another. Third room was on first floor which had a minimal coastal view. The hotel said the bookings came through separately and couldn’t place us together, which was disappointing on a family trip. The rooms were in an older section of the hotel (on the very far end), and the pool on our side was closed and unmaintained. Overall, the property fell well below five-star expectations."

"Chakra cottage had aesthetic interiors and very spacious even for a couple with small kids. Seeing sunrise in the lake from the portico was wonderful. Staff were really courteous and friendly. Spa was great too. Overall it was a lovely peaceful experience just an hour drive from Thiruvananthapuram. "
