Wonderful location, secure parking right outside. Old historic building modernised. Try and get a room with Juliet balcony overlooking the square. Great coffee shops and tapas restaurants. All round lovely Spanish experience.

The hotel and it’s amenities are good, new and stylish. The location is very central. But the sound insulation is not good, our windows were facing the main square and it was impossible to sleep overnight: too much noise from drinking groups of people and the sound proofing is non-existent.

Muy buen hotel. La habitación confortable y amplia. Fallaba una luz de pie que arreglaron en cuanto o dije. El baño tenía algún pequeño problema de limpieza. El sistema de luces no acabamos de entenderlo. El personal, las dos personas a las que vimos, de una amabilidad exquisita. Volveremos.

El hotel no actua con responsabilidad ante la situacion actual del Covid 19, ante los rebrotes ocurridos en Cataluña en que la propia Generalitat recomendaba no viajar , el hotel no quiso modificar las fechas para que pudieramos alojarnos cuando la situacion estuviera mejor, no actuan con responsabilidad a los tiempos que estamos viviendo, no tienen ninguna empatia con el cliente.

The room was huge and the bed comfortable. However, truly hot water was in short supply and the lights seemed to be haunted, coming on at random times. The staff was very helpful and the location was very good
