Filthy, old room with dirty bedding and stains on the walls. Hasn't been decorated in 40 years. No amenities in the rooms (no kettles, no towels at the pool). Felt like going back to the 80s. Obnoxiously loud music at all hours. No kids activities before 8pm in spite of it being marketed as a family friendly hotel. Slides feel unsafe. Food inedible. Worst place I have ever stayed.

La réceptioniste a été très sympathique. L'hôtel est plutôt pas mal ! Nous étions dans la partie non rénovée mais la chambre était pas mal du tout ! Il y a beaucoup beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner et ça c'est super :) Petits points noirs : l'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas et nous étions au 4e étage. Et la chambre au dessus de nous était très bruyante. Mais nous recommandons

Un hotel como este no puede clasificarse como 4 estrellas superior, con la calidad tan basica de su buffet y la incomodidad de sus colchones. Para los peques, bien, ya que tienen piscina ( que cierran a las 19:00) con toboganes y campo de fútbol, pero poco más. Si fuese un tres estrellas pues tira que te vas, pero llamar a este hotel 4 estrellas superior…

Struttura nel complesso molto buona. Le camere non sono sicuramente da 4 stelle. L’arredamento è molto semplice e vecchio. La stanza ha due letti matrimoniali attaccati quindi il posto letto è immenso ma c’è solo una presa di corrente su uno dei due comodini, all’altra presa di corrente della camera(sul lato opposto al letto) c’è attaccata la lampada. Quindi se siete in due dovete staccare la lampada per caricare i cellulari di entrambi. Bagno molto spazioso con vasca e ben tenuto. Corridoio delle camere con moquette molto vecchia e brutta da guardare perché piena di chiazze dovute a pulizia. Nel complesso tutto pulito. Colazione a buffet da 5 stelle !

Restauration zéro

Dans l'ensemble bon séjour. Le site nest pas très attractif du fait de la proximité avec une enorme zone industrielle. Le point noir de l'hôtel est leur service restauration. Tres peu de variété, des plats dignes d'une cantine bas de gamme. Le personnel est très vite débordé par le monde. Ils nous ont débarrassé la table par 2 fois alors que nous n'avions pas terminé (ainsi que nos boissons que l'on payent en sus) Je ne retourmerai pas dans cet hôtel et je ne le conseillerai pas non plus.

Es el tercer año que vamos a este hotel. Las instalaciones están bien, camas cómodas y adecuadas para cuatro personas, buffet variado y la comida muy buena. El personal muy atento y amable. Los chicos y chicas de animación hacen un trabajo increíble aunque se hecha en falta algún buen espectáculo nocturno como había antes. Con el todo incluido puedes tomar bebidas durante todo el día y hay alguna cosa para picar aunque este año han quitado la entrada gratuita al spa.

No vale ni de lejos lo que cuesta. Te cobran por todo: llave para caja fuerte, llave para minibar (aunque luego no consumas nada), uso de la sauna...A las 20:30 (las 18:30 del sol), cuando se resiste el calor, te sacan de la piscina. A la hora lìmite de cerrar la cena te retiran todo el bufet, con lo cual, si has llegad 10 minutos antes te quedas sin nada. Muy deficiente la calidad de la comida. Vamos, que de 4 estrellas superior, nada de nada.
