Fraud as they blamed each other. The internet did not work in my room and the person who responded could only say “good luck”. Horrible place to stay. "I liked the location since it is very close to Reykjavík and the airport. We were a big group and there was ample parking for our van . Loved the free breakfast every morning. Staff were courteous and very helpful with all our questions. Overall, great hotel with a great price. "
