"Excellent Waterfront Hotel with very good facilities. Since it was early Spring some facilities were not available the indoor pool was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is also close to train station and ferry etc thereby enabling comfortable commute. The Last Hall restaurant was very good in terms of food and service and so was the Bar / Lounge near the lobby. Overall great property, great location and great staff. "

"The property is spotless. The view from the room was special. Breakfast was everything you needed, well presented and tasty, with good gluten free options available without having to ask. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would 100% stay here again."

"Location is great with gorgeous mountains. The hotel is a bit old inside, though, and the beds aren't very comfortable. some stuff were lovely to us, whilst others were unfortunately short-tempered and rude. "

"The room was large and bright. The bed comfortable. A beautiful view of mountains and the bus stop 2 minutes from the hotel. The lady at breakfast was sweet, kind and helpful. We checked in late at night and there was a 24h "phone help" who guided us to where we could find extra pillows."
