"The hotel looks new and very clean. The location is convenient. Our room was located at the end of the building, across from the staff/janitor's room and cleaning/laundry facilities. There were many people exiting from/entering the building, making audible noise frequently. I wished if our room were in another part of the hotel. Other than that, I like this hotel."

"The washroom wall was not clean, faucets both were damaged and I could not control the hot/cold water flow. The room and beds were clean. I arrived the motel at around 6 p.m. , although I booked the room 2 months before but still not reserved the two beds room for me on ground floor and my “disabled “ friend needed to walk the metal stair (15 steps) up !"

"I was unable to get internet connect in my room despite trying to connect the networks each at least a dozen times. On my first night, I was told the next day at 10:00 an expert would be in to help me connect to the internet. I came the next morning and was told there was no such person. No one ever attempted to resolve the issue. I was only able to acesss the internet when sitting outside. I cannot complain as I merely wanted the cheapest possible place to stay, but I wish they had been more helpful."

"Stayed here for two nights while passing through town and honestly, it was exactly what I needed. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable enough, and everything worked as it should. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick and easy. The room was quiet, the shower had decent water pressure, and the place felt safe and well-maintained. For the price, it's hard to complain. It's the kind of motel that focuses on giving you a clean place to sleep rather than trying to impress you with amenities. If you're looking for a comfortable, affordable stay and don't need all the bells and whistles, this place gets the job done."

"location is unbeatable if you don't wanna stay in Montreal. 10min walk to Metro, 5min walk to Walmart and right in the heart of a big shopping center. A nice restaurant and a bar are in the lobby too. there is a nespresso machine and a microwave in the room which are really helpful. room cleaning is done daily which for us with an infant was really needed. they don't provide free bottled water but apparently tap water is good to drink and there is a water kinda fountain in the lobby too. all in all a good hotel with great location."
