Very relaxing days

I was excited to visit this brand new property as soon as I saw the ad online and it did not fail to impress. Absolutely gorgeous property, inside out. Rooms stylish very comfy and practical as well. Lobby area, cafe restaurant and the new opened bar will definitely be a meeting point for non guests as well. I’d like to note that the building itself adds beauty to the area, which is something that often does not occur. Highly recommended and will definitely be back!

Its a very nicely run hotel.We enjoyed our stay alot the staff made it feel special and nothing seemed to much trouble.

From check in till check out we had the most enjoyable experience. The staff is very friendly and we got upgraded to a Grand Deluxe Room which was huge. The amenities are of a very high quality. Small details such as a shower with all electronic controls were very sophisticated. Housekeeping ensured a lovely turn down every day. Concierge and reception staff were very friendly and informative.

Great hotel in great location with great staff. Used as a base for Christmas Markets and it was perfect. Loved every minute of our 3 night stay - but it is quite expensive !

When we arrived at the Imperial Hotel we were expecting grandeur, history and to be impressed with the building itself (all of which are present in abundance). What we also got, most unexpectedly, was the warmest and most sincere welcome from the outstanding staff, from the moment we were greeted at the door to the time we reluctantly had to say ‘farewell’. From the start of our stay right to the end was just excellent! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The air-con was good and very welcome - especially as we arrived at same time as a heat wave! The breakfast was excellent, there’s something for everyone and plenty of choices cooked and continental. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble! Delicious breakfast and great variety on the buffet table. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Traveling to Austria and Vienna for the first time, you have no sense of areas, hotels, etc - so you take a shot in the dark, read online reviews and hope for the best. Hotel Alstadt did not disappoint! Just came from Amsterdam and a splurge at Hotel D L'Europe, we wanted something low key, affordable and cooler. This hotel is all that. We had a lovely stay at Das Tigra, conveniently located to city centre . The breakfast was excellent .The only unfortunate thing was the Chambermaid staff did not pay attention to detail, eg requested non feather bedding but feather pillows were on the bed, Tea and hair products were not replaced daily.The cleaning of the bathroom was not up to standard. However the front of house staff were very attentive and remedied the issues . I would return if these issues are addressed.
