Nice apartment with close proximity to U-bahn and Museas. No breakfast provisions nor coffee or tea however the fridge and pantry did stock some leftovers frrom previous visitors. We had a good stay in Vienna and were generally happy with the apartment. Communications with the owner on the other hand were less smooth. We were told by the cleaning lady who let us in on arrival that an additional cleaning fee was required even though this was not mentioned in booking confirmation nor previous communications with the owner. Upon inquiry, they explained it was a problem with Expedia. Following emails received no response and when calling about the possibility of using internet on the TV they basically said "not possible" and hung up. It was a pity the owner was not very customer oriented and clearly did not want to deal with any communications from his guests. We would have been OK to pay the extra fee had his communications been a bit more professional.

Good place to stay if you do not expect much

Overall good place if you do not expect good service. Coz owner didn’t response to us when I texted him to ask about the heater during our stay. He did arrives on time during our check in time. The location is very good coz near to shopping street which lead you to Museum Quartier. House a little bit dusty but not really that bad. Just that my skin is a little bit sensitive to dusk so could feel it. There is a Billa (supermarket) near to this apartment and near to restaurants too.

Top-Wohnung in zentraler Lage nähe Westbahnhof

Optimale Wohnung für Kleingruppen oder Familien, 5 Minuten Fußweg zur nächsten U-Bahnstation bzw. zur Mariahilferstraße, 10 Minuten zum Westbahnhof. Sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber, großräumig. Durch die zentrale Lage sind Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Würde die Wohnung wieder buchen!

Awesome stay, great location, I would stay again!

This was one of the few apartments that we felt comfortable in during our European travels. It was clean, WiFi was great, and Air Conditioned. The apartment is convenient located to the long walking shopping district and is located next to some good food locations. The only weird part about the apartment, but is really good when you think about it, is that there are 2 bathrooms (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs). But the bathroom downstairs only has a toilet and sink, the one upstairs has the shower/bath and sink. Other than this, the apartment was great.
