숙소 퀄리티는 굉장히 좋은편이나, 체크인하는 방식이 데스크없이 직접 룸을 찾아가야 하기 때문에 초행이면 어렵고, 서비스는 그보다 더 질낮습니다. 만약에 서비스를 중요하게 여기신다면 절대로 추천하지 않습니다.

Nice place

The apartment was great, full renewed, with all the needed stuffs, bed was comfortable and everything very clean. It was well communicated with downtown and the location was very very quiet. We had a nice time there.

En general está bien, a unos 20 minutos andando del centro y el apartamento es correcto. El edificio es antiguo y hay que subir cuatro pisos sin ascensor. No me parece correcto el cobro del late check in pues igual que se deja la llave en un locker con combinación, se podría recoger así.

Great location close to underground and overground stations as well as big wheel. 5 supermarkets close. Lovely furnished flat with plenty of utensels also dishwasher and washing mahine. in typical old Vienese town house. The only only downside was we coulnt get the TV to work and would have liked to watch it occasionally.

it is not a conventional hotel, it is like airBnB. the room is very nice and provides a nice kitchen. however, it does not provide any elevator and you need to take your luggage to the fitth floors.

Great apartment but customer service could be bett

Apartment was brilliant and clean but we were waiting on the street with our luggage for over 30 minutes after the time we asked to be checked in and the accomodation were not answering our calls. We also had to walk up four flights of stairs in the dark one evening as there was no lift or light in the communal area.

Buon appartamento solo per passare la notte.

L'appartamento è carino, se ci si accontenta di utilizzarlo solo per passarci le notti e per brevi periodi. Il bagno è piccolissimo e scomodo, ma sono rimasto 4 giorni e non è stato fastidioso, per periodi più lunghi non consiglierei di scegliere questo appartamento. Per noi Italiani che amiamo il caffè c'è una macchina per il caffè della Nespresso, le capsule le ho trovate in un supermarket nelle vicinanze.

Not for the Faint of Heart

Four stories up without a lift. The apartment had sewer gas coming up through the water closet floor. The bed was comfortable, but low to the floor where the sewer gas pooled. This was by far the worst lodging experience in my decades of travel. Do not rent this highly overpriced roomette. The microwave works great.

Overpriced and disappointing

We were driving in from Germany and contacted Diana to say we would be late. They have a policy that if you are over 15 minutes late you pay15Euro. That is a little unreasonable. And we tried calling her to explain the situation, but she speaks no English, which is fine if you aren't booking through English speaking sites. In addition, the pictures look better Than the actual place. Limited kitchen. Sewage smell in the bathroom, neighbor hacking loudly in the morning, and when you shower almost standing on the toilet. There is not a separate shower, it is with the toilet. I have done this before in SE Asia but I was only paying $15-$20 for the room. Surface cleaning, dishes a bit dirty, garbage under the bed. Last a reminder it is 4 flights up the stairs. Not much in the area. Internet works, and bed was comfortable...not the pull out bed though. Maybe at a much reduced rate I would suggest staying here.

유럽지역의 아파트먼트는 주인이 같은 건물에 사는 경우 보다 집을 렌탈해서 수익 사업을 하는 경우 입니다. 따라서 호텔처럼 카운터가 있는 것이 아니라 집주인과 통화해서 열쇠가 어디있는지 어떻게 받아야 하는지를 물어야 합니다.지도에 나오 있어도 대부분 일반인들이 거주 하는 아파트먼트의 한 집이기 때문에 찾기 어렵습니다. 저는 빈에 친구가 살고 있어서 전화 연락을 통해 키있는 곳을 파악했어요. 그리고 아파트는 자신이 청소를 해야 하고요. 그래도 이 아파트먼트는 매우 깨끗하고 세탁기, 냄비, 부억칼과 시내 지도에 이르기 까지 모든 편의 시설이 다 있었어요.시내에서 가깝고 가격대비 훌륭한 곳이었습니다. 가족들과 같이 사용하기 적절한 곳이라고 판단됩니다.

Hard to get to but a good clean room

The room itself is the best thing, although the bathroom is unusually small. The lack of a lift, which I didn't discover until after booking, was rather unfortunate, as we had two large, heavy suitcases. The room has a well-equipped kitchenette and a large sofa, table with chairs and a comfortable bed. The local metro station is about a ten minute walk away, although it is possible to get a bus there. Also, the neighbourhood was a little lackluster.

a cosy place in the heart of the city

The apartment was beautifully appointed - the only down side was the truly miniscule bathroom. Also note that the apartment is on the 4th floor, with no lift, so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. The apartment was close to tube station (only 3 stops from both city centre and the Vienna International Centre for conferences) and the trendy area of Karmelitermarkt. Supermarkets, bakery, pharamacy, cafes etc. all nearby. A really enjoyable stay.

Nice apartment, well kept, but a studio.

This is actually a furninshed apartment, and good value. The apartment does not seem congruous with the apartment building, which is a bit like something out of The Thiird Man...you expect to see Harry Lime in the foyer. One drawback for any elderly person would be the 4 story walk up....there is no elevator, so take a pass if you are averse to a little excercise coming and going. Well located for train and tram access to the center, but this is not a fancy part of town. Website says max 4 people, but this is a studio, so more than 2 would be a stretch. Sofa/sofa bed is comfortable enough, but bath is very small (though clean and perfectly serviceable.) Flat is very quiet.

Not high standard, but very good value

As a rather lowpriced accomodation, we did'nt expect too much. Turned out to be very much like what was said in the information on hotels.com, which is VERY good value for the money. Everything clean and ready when we arrived, very friendly staff. Recommended!
