Excellent property, well equipped and extremely clean! Only small feedback I have is would feel slightly safer if there was another lock on the front door but Vienna is safe anyway. Would definitely come back! Right outside great public transport networks and some good supermarkets nearby!

Great property great location
The property has an excellent location and is nice. It was a perfect place for us except the round staircase with no lift. Getting luggage up and down for 3 people was quite the chore. Tram stations are just outside and can get you anywhere.

Loved the location! Not in the middle of the Inner city, but the super accessible tram made it just minutes away! The Spar was super close too. The reception was also super helpful with any issues we had. The super easy to use guest portal had a handy chat function! Loved the full kitchen and the mobile aircon unit saved us from the heat!

A few tram stops from the city centre, so advisable to buy a public transport passe (24h, 48h or 72 h) during the stay. Good value for the price. Kitchen fully equipped if you want to cook yourself, or at least make your own breakfast.

Loved our stay here, a spar in the next block for shopping, plenty of places to eat if you dont want to cook. Walking distance to Prater Park and the large ferris whhel in the fair. 10 minutes walk and you are in the city or in the other direction you are on the banks of the Danube. The apartment was warm, clean and owners very friendly and helpful. Trams stop across the road if you dont want to walk. 5 minutes walk from the nesrest underground to take you further.. plenty of pans etc for make a meal, the dishwasher you had to be creative with as plates are too big to fit in. Queensize bed was two singles with single mattresses and duvet, not reasons to not stay but a queensize mattress topper would stop them parting in the night and one of you ending up in the gap as the mattress move during the night. This being said we would recommend the Steiner Residences if you want a larger than most one bed accommodation for a quiet get away but not too far from attractions.

Uncomplicated, lovely place in the 2nd district
A very uncomplicated, beautiful stay in the second district of Vienna. Everything was perfect other than the minor detail of the beds being squeaky :-)

Eine Residenz wie auf den Fotos war das auf der Bordellstraße leicht abgwohnte Appartement 12 mit durchgelegener Matratze, undichen Duschkopf zwar nicht. Aber die Größe und Lage am Augarten waren für mitte September in Punkto Preis-Leistung zufriedenstellend

Das Türschließsystem war toll, ohne Schlüssel die Anlage zu betreten. Sofortige Abhilfe bei Problem. Super verkehrsgünstig um die Stadt zu erkunden. Sicher nicht das letzte Mal das ich dort war.

Man sollte vielleicht in der Beschreibung erwähnen, dass das Apartment im Erdgeschoss zwar ein Fenster hat, dieses aber in den Hinterhof geht und hier fast kein Tageslicht vorhanden ist. Das Apartment ist immer dunkel, man kann nicht erkennen ob Sonne oder Regen etc. Für uns war diese Unterkunft sehr deprimierend. Ausstattung war zwar top, aber man kann sich nur Abends im Zimmer aufhalten.

Des Weiteren wäre es durchaus interessant zu erwähnen, dass wir in unseren Inseraten leider nur die Option haben das Merkmal „kein Fenster“ zu wählen, was in diesem Apartment schließlich nicht der Fall ist. Wir würden uns trotzdem sehr freuen, Sie das nächste Mal mit einem unserer vielen anderen Apartments zu begeistern, die sich preislich zwar in einer höheren Preiskategorie befinden, aber bestimmt Ihren geäußerten Wünschen entsprechen und Ihre Erwartungen erfüllen. İyi iletişim, konforlu, fiyat performans yüksek
Konumu gayet iyi, Tram'lar önünüzden geçiyor, 15-20dk içinde istediğiniz lokasyona varabiliyorsunuz. Kahvaltı için Derr Man hemen karşınızda (bir Türk çalışanı var, yardımcı oluyorlar). Daire konforlu, rahat, temiz ve sıcak (özellikle soğuk havalarda), yaz ayları içinse portatif bir klima mevcut. 4 kişi rahat kalınabilir (2 kişilik 1 yatak ve ayrıca yatak olabilen kanepe mevcut). Tuvalet hemen girişte çok ama çok ufak bir yerde, banyo ise ayrı. Genel olarak fiyat/performans açısında çok iyi, tavsiye ederim.

Die Wohnung ist recht ruhig - obwohl an einer Hauptstrasse gelegen. Liegt im Innenhof. CheckInn völlig problemlos - funktioniert alles über Zugangscodes. Vor der Wohnung ist ein großer Baum - insoweit wäre ein Besen in der Wohnung nicht verkehrt. Nebenan ist ein Büro des Vermieters - sehr freundlicher Kontakt und auch völlig problemlos dort das "fehlende" Handtuch zu erhalten. Beim ersten Austausch war dann alles da (Kaffee...Spülmaschinen-Tabs - Handtücher). Alles in Allem: Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Nice hotel, but...
Overall nice and the communication ahead of arrival was nice. However very disappointing to arrive and find out the codes for entry doors had not been activated. No one answered the emergency phone number, but instead I received a text message. Things were cleared, but not a nice way to start. Building and room were fine and clean, but the only window was facing a shaft, so the sky was not visible from the room. Perhaps that was even our escape route in case of fire..? I don't know how to rate the neighborhood (obvious "red lights" from neighboring property), but it seemed quiet and with a supermarket around the corner. As Vienna is more expensive then most other cities I would say the price is fair and you get what you pay for.

My place in Vienna
It’s a very reliable accommodation. Parking can be tricky in Vienna, this is the best spot in that sense. Very close to traffic, it can be noisy. Well equipped apartment although no microwave this time. Curtains could be darker to provide shade. All in all highly recommended! Park is a huge plus!

Schönes Appartement, perfekt eingerichtet
Ich fand ein perfekt eingerichtetes, geräumiges, sehr sauberes Appartement vor. Ausstattung der Küche war tadellos mit Geschirr, Besteck, Geschirrspüler + Tabs. Alles super und nur zum empfehlen. Da mein AP im EG war, hatte ich sogar eine kleine Terasse mit Tisch und Stühlen.

Mooi schoon en stil appartement in Praterstern
Heel fijn appartement. Mooie ruime keuken en badkamer, zag er Allemaal nieuw uit. Ik had het appartement beneden, dit zit aan een binnenplaats waardoor je heel rustig zit en geen geluid hoort van de straat aan de voorkant.

Toller Aufenthalt in Wien!
Toller Aufenthalt in Wien mit zentraler Lage. Die komfortable Aufteilung der Räume trägt zum optimalen Wohlbefinden bei. Die Ausstattung der Küche bietet einen gute Grundlage zur Selbstversorgung. Auf den ersten Blick lässt die Unterkunft keine Wünsche offen, bei den morgendlichen Yogaübungen im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen kleinen Minuspunkt für die doch sehr oberflächliche Sauberkeit.( Staub und Chipskrümmel)

Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr günstig. Die Verbindung mit den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Wien war mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel war Rasch zu bewältigen. Vor allem war die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und ruhig. Ein Spar in der Nähe sicherte gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit für die Bereitung des Frühstücks. Sehr empfehlenswert!
