It is was centrally located to the inner Stadt so that was very nice. It was nice and clean. It was just very hot even with the fan. It’s an old building which adds to the charm, however that does have its downside.

Location, location, location! Pillows were perfect and the room very clean. The front desk, cleaning and breakfast staff were incredibly friendly. This is an old pensione with no air conditioning, but wonderful!

Fantastically located within central Vienna, the hotel is ideal for short stays. Very clean and staff are friendly. The room is basic, however, it is was ideal for us as we only needed a convenient location and clean space to stay.

This is a magnificent old hotel with lots of character. The breakfast is very good and coffees are available in the lobby. The parking is about a 7 minute walk away and you cannot stop in front of hotel to unload luggage. It is in the middle of the tourist area so easy to walk to restaurants, shopping and attractions.

Warning!

The room was unbearably hot, due to the lack of AC. Few electrical sockets, half of them dead, so we had to choose between charging our phones or keeping the pathetic fan running. Every question or request we made to the front desk was met with shrugs, suspicion or rolling eyes. And the hotel provides no parking whatsoever, though is says so in the ad. The ”four stars” on this hotel sign are surely meant sarcastically.
