The property is not appropriate for 5 people as there is only one bedroom. There are two sofa beds in the living room that are not appropriate for teenagers and elderly adults. One of them is small and the other is not soft (actually is hard!!!). Definitely, a terrible experience. We moved to another apartment!!!!

約束していた鍵の受け渡し時間よりも早く着いてしまったのですが、電話をしたら同じ建物にいたようで、直ぐに来て案内してくれました。 洗濯機が部屋にあったのがとても助かりました。洗剤はありませんでしたが…。浅い湯船とシャワーブースがありました。やはり疲れた時にはお湯に浸かりたいので、湯船があるのはとても嬉しかったです。 キッチンにはレンジ、オーブン、食洗機、フライパン、食器なども綺麗に揃っていました。Wi-Fiも快適でした。

Fantastiskt läge och stor lägenhet som är bra utrustad med två bekväma dubbelsängar. Tyvärr fanns bara en toalett och nyckeln måste lämnas av personal vid ankomsten. Vi hade meddelat ankomst-tid och ändå fick vi vänta i regnet i över en timme trots att vi ringde två gånger. Varje gång svarade de att de kommer inom 10 min.

We chose this place for convenient location in Vienna. It is an excellent place for being a tourist. Close to major attractions inner Vienna city, close by public transport. Has an elevator for a high floor which seems to be not a thing for some properties in Vienna. Great for family to stay. They allowed us a early check in for 30 Euros which was really convenient for a early flight in.

5 minutes from St Stephens

The accommodations were perfect for our family if 5. The apartment is very secure and 5 minutes to the town square. We would stay there again. Make sure if you want early access that you specify when you book.

Great location, right in the middle of things. But would have liked a cleaner property. The dishes in the cabinet were dirty. One would expect the property to be clean. We checked on a few things but there was no response. In general, for the price, not happy with the quality of accommodation and service but the location tilted our opinion to OK.

シュテファン大聖堂など旧市街に近くとても観光しやすかったです。スタッフの方も丁寧に対応してくださり、室内も綺麗で満足いく旅行になりました。ただ、宿泊初日の夜シャワーのお湯が出ず非常に困りました。給湯器の問題でしょうか？翌朝以降は問題なく出ました。

ニューヨークやロンドンのアパートメントホテルにも多数宿泊してきましたが、ウイーンの今回の部屋はドライヤーがなかつたり、ティッシュもないなど初めてでした。 又長期滞在には不向きですね。何故なら乾燥機能のない洗濯機しかないからです。 場所だけで選ぶなら普通のホテルにすれば良かったと後悔しています。

Tyst och skönt på bästa läge

Lägenheten ligger perfekt på en bilfri smal gata i en trevlig del av Wiens centrum, nära till det mesta, under 5 dagars vistelse promenerade vi mest och åkte bara kollektivt en gång. Mycket tyst, helt ostörd sömn i sköna sängar, lägenheten ligger på en bilfri smal gata. Det enda som inte var helt topp var att det inte var möjligt att lämna bagage någonstans efter utcheckning, reception saknas även om företaget hyr ut många lägenheter i Wien, vi fick dra på väskorna hela dagen. Tjejen som checkade in oss var totalt okunnig om närområdet, hon visste inte ens var det fanns en livsmedelsbutik, verkade dessutom bara kunna prata engelska, inte tyska. Hon var trevlig och gjorde säkert så gott hon kunde, men det hade känts bättre med någon som hade kunnat ge lite lokala tips.

Welcome2Vienna Apartment is Perfect

Welcome2Vienna has fantastic, responsive staff. The apartment at Kumpfgasse 3 could not be any better situated. Perfect for exploring the old city. Very nice apartment that suited our needs. Loved having a washing machine and drying rack. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we are lucky enough to return to this beautiful place.

Central apartment. No aircond. Not comfortable.

The apartment is located near Stephan church. It's central but no aircond and not enough kichen equipments. I request a cleaning mop and a extra fan but they have just promised.

Great stay.

JUFA was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. They gave a lot of good tips and were very tourist conscious. Loved them and they made our stay more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was consistent but contained a good variety of foods and was well stocked. Hard to believe such a buffet was included in the affordable price. The location was near a bus stop but was within walking distance to the old town. Very easy to get around. The area was quiet and my family felt secure although it was a bit loud in the evening with people down below drinking. But I heartily recommend this hotel and we would definitely come back.

위치가 스테판대성당 근처라 지하철, 오페라하우스, 박물관, 주변관광지가 도보로 가능한 곳으로 한창 더울 때는 잠시 숙소에서 쉬다가 여행을 할 수 있었습니다. 숙소는 충분히 넓고 조용하고 편안했습니다. 단점은 아니지만 화장실 및 주방의 환풍기가 약해서 창문을 열어야합니다.
