My stay in this apartment in Margareten was most enjoyable. Clean, modern and very well equipped kitchen. Light and airy and very modern. A great pleasure to stay here. Quiet neighbourhood, good transport and shopping near by. Highly recommend this property to future guests

一般的なホテルと違い、チェックインがなく、ホテル側に連絡をして現地に来てもらって部屋を開けてもらうという形式でした。 事前に到着時間を連絡をすることを知らなかったので現地で大変な思いをし、2時間半ほど待ちましたがホテル側は悪びれることもなく、「I don,t know」としか言われなかったです。 また、タオルも4人での宿泊にも関わらず、大小2枚づつの準備しかなく、3泊しましたが、新しいタオルをもらおうとすると追加料金が発生します。 部屋自体は広々としており、生活でした。

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung. Einziges Manko ist die Lage im Erdgeschoss und aufgrund des Lieferverkehrs des gegenüberliegenden Supermarktes schon sehr früher Verkehrslärm.

Simay was on time to let us in. She was friendly and helpful during our visit. We had rented two apartments; unfortunately one had no heat or hot water, so we were moved to a larger suite in the building. This was fine with us. The apartment was a 5 minute walk to the U-Bahn, making it easy to visit many sites in Wien. There were two grocery stores less than one block away and several restaurants and a bakery nearby. We felt safe and comfortable in the neighbourhood.

Spacious apartment with nice amenities.

We loved the layout and spacious rooms. The amenities were all great except for the lack of shower curtain and water pressure is low when water is hot or cold. Weird because middle (cool) is fine. You can hear the water heater trying from throughout the apartment since it is kind of loud. Location is still a good walk into the city center. The busses and trains are close and convenient. There are two grocery stores within a block. Bedding and mattress are wonderful. It is on the first floor street side, yet quiet. It could use blackout curtains. The blinds let in some streetlight at night. Kitchen was well stocked. It even had two good frying pans. And a washing machine that dries as well. Overall it was a good value.

Gott om plats, nära tunnelbanan och supernära livsmedelsaffär. Lugnt område. En nackdel var panten på 250€ som vi var tvungna att betala.

침구류 세탁에 좀 더 신경을......

아파트 건물입구에 아무런 표기(간판 등)가 되어 있지않아, 도착후 한참동안 입구를 서성이다 지나가는 마을 주민에게 도움받아 현지직원에 연락해서 겨우 들어감. 넓은 거실과 침실 등 전반적으로 마음에 들었으나, 침구류 세탁상태가 불량(침대시트 얼룩, 머리카락 다수 등)하여 집사람은 지내는 동안 이불을 덥지않고 샤워타올을 덥고 잤음. 거실의 하얀쇼파는 얼룩이 많아 보기에 지저분하였음. 아파트 특성상, 건물에 직원이 상주하지 않아, 문제 발생 시, 자체적으로 해결 또는 불편 감수해야함.. 하지만 지하철과 가깝고 주변에 마트도 많아, 좀더 청소에 신경을 쓴다면 가성비 좋은 곳이라 생각됨.

始め受付がないと言われてどこへ行けば良いかわからなかったけれど、住所の指すところまで行くと仲介人？の人がいて案内をもらいました。寝室、リビング、ダイニングキッチンの3部屋を自由に使えて、短期滞在するには十分すぎる食器類や目の前のスーパー、周囲のお店などがあり、またウィーンに行くことがあればぜひお願いしたいと思います。中・長期の滞在の人にはぜひおすすめします。

Il ne s'agit pas d 'un hôtel mais d'un appartement, cependant si problème personne facilement joignable par tel, ce qui a été le cas à notre arrivée suite retard d'avion,( pb réglé très rapidement). De l'aéroport avons pris le bus (très facile à trouver à la sortie de l'aéroport ) jsq WESTBAHNHOF/puis métro jsq STATION PILGRAM -GASSE , à la sortie principale du métro , trottoir d'en face BUS 14A / 1er arrêt juste en face de la rue de l'appartement. Appartement que nous avions était spacieux pour 4, dans rue calme avec commerce juste en face; Le bus nous permet de rejoindre le métro qui nous mêne aux quartiers touristiques; Appartement très propre ( sauf moutons sous le lit ),bien équipé . Lit de la chambre très confortable;

Appartamento molto bello, comodo e pulito. Siamo due mamme che abbiamo viaggiato con le foglie di 13 anni.Siamo state davvero bene..la cucina è attrezzatissima e di fronte c'è un supermercato..quindi quando le girls erano stanche..era un piacere mangiare anche un casa.ottima soluzione
