Too many negatives to recommend this property. First they gave us a low floor when we paid for a higher floor, written clearly in my confirmation email. They blamed the website where we booked, but they told us they had booked correctly with Hilton. Then when we walked into the room, right above the very noisy atrium, which is why we booked a high floor, the sofa bed was half-made. The air conditioner kept shutting off after a few hours. This happened three times, and although maintenance was quick to come, we got different people who kept giving different diagnoses. So we walked into a hot room and slept through hot nights until the unit was finally replaced. We were given free parking for our inconvenience, but were charged for it when we checked out. Breakfast was decent twice, but there was no coffee and forks the third morning. A full garbage sullied the front of the hotel. No maid service to make up the room or bed - unbelievable! Just towel replacement. Nice bathroom, good-sized room, nice to have two TVs. But we won’t come back.
