It’s short walk from Vienna central station. Grocery is right in the corner. Lots of small restaurants around the area. You can feel the lifestyle of the local people. The room is spacious and clean with all facilities we need. I really like the apartment.

Very nice and clean apartment, the equipment in the kitchen is just what one needs for a few days of staying. Great communication about check in, easy to understand. Strongly recommend this! Very close to the central station as well, easy to find.

Everything was as described. Its close to the main train station about 10 min walk and 3 min from the metro station. The apartment is spacious and has all amenities you need for an extended stay. Very responsive host. Overall a very good experience.

Great place... Bad comms

Great location and well equipped flat. It is amazing till everything works. Once it doesn't there is no HUMAN to get in touch with. Everything is via a bot and a dead end. The bot confirmed extension of our stay only to find out later that it was error. Had to rush last min to another more expensive place. So if you can take that risk of zero comms with human it is a perfect place location and amenities wise

Good Apartment Like Staying at Home

Unfamiliar to the service model of apartment hotels, I had a lot of worries and hard time to locate the apartment. It should be very helpful that the address information could be received before noon rather than 12 minutes before check-in time, three o’clock. However, everything was perfect after moved in. The apartment is super clean and quiet. The neighborhood area is clean, secure, and easy to shopping for groceries. Transportation is convenient as well. I definitely would return to stay again.

This is an older property and shows its age. Some Blinds on windows are broken. One bedroom has privacy screens inside the window but this is not explained. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen has the basics. The area is a little sketchy near the entrance but is close to a pedestrian street and subway station.

Recommend

We liked that the place was very clean and the communication with property was good. Check in was easy and sofa bed was good. The only problem was the washing machine because the door was not line up properly and we were struggling to open it after the wash. We would suggest for improvement was to leave more supplies of toilet papers and paper towels. Also providing cooking basics like oil and sugar etc would be nice. All in all, it was a nice place to stay and only 8 to mins walk from main central station with lots of supermarkets in the area.

Great location, excellent value for money

This was a last-minute choice, but I'm very happy I made it. The apartment was spacious with a large bathtub. The bed was quite comfortable. Access was easy with good communication beforehand. Location near the Hbf is great. The only things worth compalning are 1) the Wifi was very bad. There were two of them: the first one was slower then 1 Mb/s, the second one kept dropping off, so I had to use my own mobile hotspot for working. 2) The sofa wasn't the one shown in the photos, but a grey one with a fabric cover. It was comfortable nonetheless. I liked the apartment so much I checked if I could rebook it for a later part of my trip, but unfortunately it wasn't available. Next time I'm coming to Wien, I'll probably check this one's availability first before considering other options.

Nice and clean apartment. However, staffs of Duschel apartments Wien- Hauptpbahof are very rude and not of help their guest. The staff are not considerate or flexible to its customer regarding check in time as well as check out time which they place at 10Am without flexibility. Furthermore, they are not honesty with teams and conditions, such as hidden charges of deposit at a point of checking-out, and access code to the apartment was constantly malfunction, because I was stocked many times outside the apartment door upto 40 minutes with no help from its customer service. I had a terrible experience during my stayed in the apartment.

Family Stay in Vienna

Very spacious and clean apartment. It could use a new coat of paint. Neighborhood looked a bit sketchy first but not frightening. Less than a block from underground which is very user friendly. Also very close to train station. Nice stay.

Good location 5min walk from Wien hbf, and 1min walk from Keplerplatz Ubahn. Supermarkets Hofer/Lidl & essential store BIPA downstairs only. Would have been good if we can control the heating in the apartment as it was quite cold sometimes

It was nice stay! Have a very helpful team. However, we still hope that the accommodation room type will be the same as when we booked it. We booked that room type because the toilet or bathroom door is not next to the bed. For your help, let me tell you a little tip, because in Chinese Feng Shui(風水）, that is not good for health.

First time trip to Vienna

A very clean, modern and well equipped apartment block only a 5-10 minute U-Bahn ride from the main train station. We arrived earlier than the standard check in time of 2pm but the owners were kind enough to let us complete the check on process early, which allowed us to leave our bags and explore Vienna. Although the apartment is not in the city centre, the U-Bahn station is only a 1 minute walk away from the apartment. A great option if you don't want to pay city centre prices and are happy to use the very efficient Vienna subway to get around.
