The fridge, the coffee maker, cable tv, some electric outlets did not work We were told not to use the washer. Some exposed electric wires. Beds were fine. Not difficult to get inside.

Communication was terrible. We received a confirmation letter of the address of the apartment. We arrived late in the evening only to find the changed our place of stay. When we arrived at our location there was a younger lady who appeared disoriented sitting in front of entrance door. After I used code to enter four men and the lady tried to rush in and grab the door. I was able to close door behind them but the next thing I realized they were inside of building. They did go in a room all five of them. As we walked to find our room. There was a pile of clothes with someone sleeping in hallway. There were also a couple of people who were dirty in appearance and appeared disoriented as well. My wife and I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe staying 3 nights. We decided to leave because of the conditions of the area around the apartment. We had a Uber driver take us to a hotel. I didn’t even bother trying to get a refund because I figured if a place would do this to us, they would not be considered enough to refund our money. My wife’s safety was more important than spending extra money. I would not recommend using this place at all. We’ve stayed in different countries, different places around the world and this was by far the worst.

This was the worst experience with any place I have ever rented both from the apartment itself and the customer service could not have been any worse. There is no parking at the apartment as advertised, but is an open and sketchy lot with quite a walk. On top of that, the elevator was broken for two of three days and we were on the fifth floor. Anyone with mobility issues should avoid. The air conditioner was broken the whole stay with no attempt to get it fixed by the owner. On our last day there, when we arrived at the apartment at midday, the apartment did not have power. The entire rest of the building had power but only our apartment was out. Our laundry was trapped in the washer and we could not open the door. When we wrote to the person to tell them there was no power, they said there wasn’t anything they could do about it until the next day but then it should be fine because “you don’t need electricity to sleep.” It was very early in the evening, so the fans couldn’t run and it was uninhabitably hot. we couldn’t use the kitchen or fridge so food went bad. They did not get our clothes out until 11 pm and they were dripping wet. We had to spend an additional 400 euro for a new hotel for our last night. The property then refused to refund the last nights stay and refused to even answer questions from Expedia when Expedia contacted them. Avoid this. If anything happens, customer service is terrible.

Es una estafa

Reservamos en un apartamento con una dirección diferente a la que nos remitieron en la realidad. El estado del apartamento era distinto al de las fotos y la descripción que aparecía en hoteles.com, era peor que lo que habíamos reservado. Una vez en el apartamento tratamos de comunicarnos tanto con hoteles.com como con el apartamento. La comunicación con hoteles.com fue imposible ya que no ofrecen ningún tipo de atención al cliente, la comunicación con el apartamento fue posible pero difícil ya conseguimos un número gracias a un tercero y nos aseguraron que nos contactarían una vez encontrasen solución y no lo hicieron. En general servicio nefasto de hoteles.com que hace imposible cualquier tipo de comunicación con ellos y del apartamento que directamente nos estafó con publicidad engañosa y una ubicación falsa. No reservéis ya que no son fiables.
