Nichts für Licht- und Lärmempfindliche Leute

Wer Lärm- oder Lichtempfindlich ist sollte dort nicht übernachten. Liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Staße. Dunkle Vorhänge wären nicht schlecht gewesen. Ansonsten war es aber in Ordnung.

Casa adatta per soggiorni di molti giorni

La camera e il bagno sono molto grandi La cucina ha tutti gli elettrodomestici compreso lavastoviglie e microonde.in bagno c'è una lavatrice. Ci sono anche tavola e ferro da stiro La pulizia non è eccezionale e viene effettuata soltanto alla fine del soggiorno. Asciugamani e lenzuola vengono cambiati solo a fine turno. La posizione è ottima molto vicino alla metro U1 con la quale si arriva in centro dopo 3 fermate. Non c'è reception ma l'assistenza è veloce ( ho dimenticato i documenti di viaggio in camera alla partenza e sono arrivati in dieci minuti per aprire la casa).

Sleepless nights, no AC, small fan, bad service

It was very hot and we had to sleep without AC, they have provided two very small fans, not in good condition , had to keep windows open on busy street, all of us were not able to sleep well. too noisy. Toilet has no exhaust ( never seen this before). Pillows were flat and old not in good condition, this should be like 1 to 2 star.. we had three beds, I have requested an extra fan which was not given instead they replace one of the current one. I will not recommend this to anyone, Pictures looks good but actual property is different. Not happy at all !!!

Best part we like about the apartment, was it’s spacious and location is near the public transport. Draw back is checking-out time that’s too early at 10am , when the checking-in time was 2pm

Easy self check in and check out. 2 stations away from VIC conference center. Very clean, quite and nicely warm central heating. I am happy to recommend and would use again

Keine Möglichkeit das Zimmer gut abzudunkeln, hellhörig und Hauptstrasse sehr laut... Zusammenfassend: man braucht keinen Wecker, denn man wird automatisch früh aufwachen... Bei mir war ein Originalpreis von 200€ pro Nacht angegeben. Bezahlt habe ich 70€ was eher ein realistischer Preis für das Gebotene ist...

Comodissimo monolocale

Monolocale comodissimo a 50 mt dalla fermata della metro Vorgarten, accanto al Prater. A 10 min in metro dalla Hauptbahnhof e dal centro. Ottimo per famiglie max 4 persone. Niente personale che ti accoglie, percio' risparmiano. Ottimo il sistema autonomo della presa delle chiavi. Da consigliare.

upon arriving the apt had no soap , no shampoo and very little to none toilet paper. the Heat was totally off . Very cheap condition for hosting. it should not be listed on Hotels.com

Adequate

The apartments we stayed in were adequate, but rather limited in amenities. The street is rather noisy so bring earplugs. It's close to the metro so convenient to move around city.

It was OK

The apartment was spacious, however smelled heavily of people having smoked. We found a pot with cigarette ends still on the windowsill and stale bread in the cupboard. The apartment was a bit tired and the building was functional but also fairly tired. It was a short walk to the nearest underground station although in a fairly downmarket area of town. On balance it was at best acceptable.

abgewohntes Apartment

es war nicht wie auf den bildern ... leider nicht mal annähernd der wasserkocher war innen dunkelbraun und stark verfärbt das tiefkühlfach von Kühlschrank stark beschädigt der Parkett nicht sauber... wir hatten schwarze füsse trotz das wir keine schuhe im zimmer trugen das bad war sauber jedoch die dusche sehr eng für eine hochschwangere Frau die lage war gut wir waren trotzdem eher enttäuscht

Not for summer travel

I liked the apt and it was very close to the metro. However there were many issues One.. l sent an email asking for my arrival time in which l replied, we waited an hour until l managed to call locally from a pub.. l was told they sent an sms with information in which l never received Two.. it was 35 degrees and no ac or fan in the apt.. impossible to sleep in upstairs room as it was about 45 degrees Three.. no curtains in living room where two beds were located and got very bright early in the morning and very hot by 1000 I think we would've enjoyed our stay a lot more if it wasn't so hot and the owner would make a few changes which would improve the overall experience

Stayed in this apartment for 4 nights. Conveniently located close to transport and an amusement park. The a[artment can be reached by direct train from airport.

Nice spacy apartment, but problems to get in

When I arrived to the hotel at the appointed time - none waited for me, I have to call them, they told me the code of the box where to get the key. When I opened the box - there were wrong keys! I had to call them again. They sent someone with new keys. Al in all 1.5 hours of waiting outside the door and 2 calls of 35 min duration with roaming. Next few days I saw other guests waiting outside with unhappy faces - it might be a habit.

Basic apartment close to subway line

Basic apartment with one room+ small kitchen + bathroom. Kitchen includes stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster, and there was a washing machine in the bathroom. Check in service easy and friendly, otherwise we didn't see or hear from them as it was a self catering apartment with cleaning only after we had left. Convenient location 10 mins walk from U2 subway. We were a family of 2 adults and one child. We would stay here again!

Conveniently located

It is a one room, bathroom with shower and kitchen box facility. Ours was on the second floor, number 17. It is well appointed and close to train and Metro stops. 30 minutes from the airport by train (the "city-train" gets you there in 15 minutes but it's not worth the money). The 2 things we didn't like were the front door and the gas. The front door is glass and giving access to both the kitchen and room. We did not know the hot water is from central gas switching on and off throughout the night. Since we didn't stay in the room long, it was a convenient arrangement for a good price.

Prima Lage nahe bei der U-Bahn-Haltestelle, Zentrumsnah.Einkaufen um die Ecke. Schöne großzügige Wohnung mit super bequemen Betten. Zum Glück für unseren Sohn gab es WLan.
