Die Größe und die Ausstattung des Apartments waren absolut in Ordung. Leider ging die Heizung nicht. Was aber ein absolutes NoGo war: Im Hausflur ging das Licht nicht!!! Die Gegend war auch nicht so toll, wenn man sich in Wien nicht auskennt ist das schon eher keine gute Umgebung, aber die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Als o war das für den Preis absolut angemessen.

Das Apartment war OK, gross genug für die Familie von 4 bix 5 Personen, Sauberkeit ist auch OK, die Wände bisschen mit Flecken 🤔. Schade, dass das Waschbecken im WC verstoppt war, Wasser läuft sehr langsam ab.

차량을 이용한 4인 가족여행이었습니다. 방하나 거실과 주방이 있고, 퀸사이즈 침대 하나와 소파침대 2개로 4명이 자는데 불편이 없었습니다. 차량은 3블럭 떨어진 U1 주차장에 세우고 트램 및 지하철을 이용하였습니다. 유럽의 다른 숙소와 달리 키보드방식의 락 시스템이라 체크인에 어려움이 없었고, 아침식사를 하기에 충분한 그릇 및 주방기기로 만족했습니다. 세탁기가 있고 건조대도 있어서 밀린세탁도 가능했습니다. 가족이 머물기에 넓은 장소와 트램과 지하철로 구도심을 다니기에 편리한 위치입니다.

Modern eingerichtet, sauber und alles da, was einen Aufenthalt fast wie zu Hause ermöglicht. Geschäfte, Markt, Lokalitäten in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenfalls gute Anbindung an UBahn/Tram. 15Min Stephansplatz. Check-in und -out klappen problemlos. Ansprechpartner vor Ort gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Gelungener Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent deal

We loved our stay! Public transportation, restaurants, shopping stores, supermarkets, etc are all nearby. Main attractions of Vienna are also easily accessible. Ilya, the property manager, was very easy to deal with. Among others, he arranged for our very early morning transportation to the airport, and gave detail instructions for checking in. He was also available at all times. We would certainly stay here again if we go back to Vienna. We also love that the community is very diverse.

Easiest check-in process ever

It’s the best no-nonsense process of check-in that I’ve experienced till date. Loved the fact that their support was on WhatsApp and even answered on a sunday. The apt was spotless and the location was very convenient to take underground etc.

I liked the fact that the place was near one of the metro stations; U3, fast food joints: Mc Donalds and others, grocery stores. It's in a quiet and safe environment so you don't have to worry. And the apartment is beautiful and as it's shown on the pictures. I would definitely stay here any time I visit Vienna.
