"Nice place to stay. It is directly across the Black Ball Ferry drive off exit. It is on the small side. The elevators are a bit slow and one was out of order most of the time we were there. Not to much of a delay though. Our room was clean and roomy. The bed was in an upstairs loft, it was a bit inconvenient maneuvering down the slightly steep stairs, if you had to use the bathroom during the night. The cleaning staff was always hard at work from early morning to late in the afternoon slowing the elevators some. Breakfast was good, a bit awkward set up that caused some confusion knowing which way the line flowed. You had to pour your coffee and add your crwam and sugar to it at the counter which slowed things down. There was not any sugar at the tables or packets to grab and finish making your coffee to your liking at the table, maybe having some at each table would ease some of the congestion. Location is great and easy to walk to the many attractions nearby."

"had a wonderful stay! The hotel was spotless — everything was very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, making the stay even better. Highly recommend!"

"Staff was friendly and helpful. When I ran out of Keurig cups, they gave me a mound of them to make sure I didn’t run out. Right on the bay front, get to see the ships and boats coming and going. What didn’t make sense to me though, they have a fridge, kitchen sink, pots and pans, forks and spoons, and a nice oven/stove top, but there is no exhaust fan over the top of it. So whatever smoke or smells you’re gonna get whilst cooking, there is no way to get it out of the room. And the fire alarm is only a couple feet away. That’s the only thing I found kinda weird. "

"Inn at Laurel Point is located in a stunning part of Victoria with beautiful views over the river and a short walk alongside the river will take guests into the city centre. We loved the size of the room and its beautiful, luxurious furnishings. Staff were friendly and helpful."
