"The place is good, staff were great, breakfast too"

"The surface of this stay is a very nicely landscaped property with clean, separate prefab, mobile homes that serve as the “lodges” throughout. These have been souped up with a heated floor in the shower room and a gas fireplace. We stayed in Lodge 14. The biggest problem is that no staff are on site. You can reach them via text, but there can be quite the delay in receiving an answer or you may receive none at all. You are especially out of luck if you run into a problem “after hours,” which is after 5p. Pros: It was clean Heaters in the shower room were nice Shower was nice Bed was large, though with the usual dips in the mattress A staff member did respond to my text after the first night issues The communal space was quite nice, even though I wasn’t able to experience it all The lodges are well-insulated The location is excellent Cons: The lodge is pretty sterile feeling. It could be greatly improved with art on the walls, rugs... One sink in the lodge for both kitchen & bathroom. Not enough bedding options for temp control The pillows were horrific, huge and hard No bedside lamp on the left side of the main bed My access codes to other parts of the property did not work, and no one responded to me about it. The toilet, which is right next to the main bedroom, has an extremely loud flush The couch was gross-looking This place is cute and convenient. It could be improved with more care and attention to detail. It could also be greatly improved by having staff on site"

"Likely that you will share a paper-thin wall with tweakers who are up all night. You will hear every disgusting thing they are doing ALL night long. Bathroom door and toilet seat were broken. "

"The main negatives were that the room could use a little updating. The carpeting is getting old. But that's not a big deal obviously. They need more security on staff because people are not parking properly as instructed. Because of how large the beds were and how small the room was, we often found ourselves kicking the side of the bed. We have a couple of bruises. The beds were okay but rather hard. The best part was the view out of our window. We had one right on the bay. I was able to step outside of our room and get some really nice shots"

"No view at all of the water. The pool was coffin shaped and very small, old and dirty, no hot tub, no roll away beds for extra kids, breakfast was not appetizing, our shower curtain was to short for the shower so just dumped water all over floor. Parking was tight squeeze every night. Did not like this room at all. "

"Comfortable room and accommodations. Initial check-in could have been smoother. I know it was a shared space with other guests, but bathroom cleanliness could be improved. Additionally, communication with staff team was a little slow in response."
