This campanile is so handy for the city centre, it’s a 5 minute walk from place de la comédie. It’s also close to the main train station St Roch but you don’t notice the noise. The rooms were air conditioned and spacious. The terrace bar was really nice. Would definitely stay again.

The reception tried her best to fulfill my request and was friendly. I forgot to put the sign of do not disturb so the housekeeper did a good job cleaning. I thought it would have been cleaned only when i put the sign to ask for housekeeping. The ventilation of other rooms seemed no working so I smell when the neighbors were cooking. To sum up, a good value for a business traveler who cares about budget.

Room cleaning needs to be improved. We found in the sofa bed cups of food from the previous guests, as well as dirt under the sofa bed. The kitchenette was only equipped with a towel 2 days later.

We are sometimes coming back to Aix for the short weekend and as far this hotel was one of the best .. great location , modern and clean.

Typically grand characterful apartment hotel a more exclusive residential area of town. The restaurant food is delicious very typical of the Lyonaisse style. Cocktails accompanying wine ambience all delivered to a high class standard. Enjoy the offerings you're on holiday.... Make an effort to dress well and at least speak a little French and you'll have a lovely evening or lunch without having to leave the hotel. Good news because its not close to the centre of the city and the bustle of...

Excellent value for money. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and the staff were helpful and cheerful. The rooms were spacious and water and a kettle were provided. I’d recommend this hotel.

Hotel very well located, close to town centre via two stops on the metro there are two metro stations in close proximity. The hotel/apartment also has parking. Our rooms were clean, and large enough to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Staff were very helpful. The local area has its own centre with restaurants, bars bakeries etc. Although we did not try the restaurants we did purchase breakfast and can recommend the bakers/sandwich shop in the petrol station. There is also a museum, the...

AFTER A VEHICLE BREAKDOWN IN ORANGE,WE SPENT 2 NIGHTS AT THIS HOTEL .WE Found the staff very helpful towards our situation.well done.

This is a really well-managed hotel/apartment. The apartment is super spacious, beds are super comfortable, balcony huge, and cupboards are well stocked with crockery and essentials, if you decide to prepare small meals/snacks. Breakfast is delicious, lots of choice and so many choices! Staff are so welcoming and very helpful. Front desk staff, cleaning staff, restaurant staff all brilliant! I will definitely stay here again. It is also very close to carrefour supermarket (walking distance) and...

My family and I stayed at Thalacap Residence in August 2025. We had a lovely time. The hotel was clean and easy reach to 4 beaches. It was also close to the restaurants and shops with plenty to choose from. The staff were friendly and hotel has a small pool which was great for us all. The low point is the car parking which is free, but very sort after and cars wait for someone to leave. We were fortunate that we didn’t need to drive a lot being so close to the amenities, but if you do leave you...

Pleasant stay within walking distance of train station. Receptionist kindly stored our luggage upon request in the morning which we collected during check-in that afternoon.

Amazing receptionist who stayed open late for us to check in after the train sabotage around Paris. Super helpful staff and a comfy, well equipped apartment - perfect for the family. Easy to access public transport and quiet, safe area close to all the main transport hubs and the Olympics.
