Good location, free parking, swimming pool and reasonable price. Yes the hotel is very dated but we were made to feel welcome, had clean presentable room with fresh ironed bedding and towels and a very good tasty breakfast to suit all tastes. We slept well and it was a good base to explore Geneva and Annecy without the unrealistic hotel prices you see in the cities.

We arrived from our flight from London and were greeted very pleasantly by the staff. The room was clean and well prepared, and the instructions for assembling the sofa bed were clear and easy to follow. A small kitchenette was available, which was very convenient. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices for both adults and children. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We’re very much looking forward to staying here again on 30th December. Some of the light bulbs were not working in the room. But hopefully that was a one off,

A very nice hotel, the pool area was nice and the room was spacey. The gym was also nice. There was a big supermarket just across the street and the bus into central Genève was very close by. There were some minor things not working in the room, but nothing major. We had a very good vacation here!

We had a room with a little kitchen with equipment to prepare food and a bath tub in the bathroom, so it was very nice. Also they have a pool, gym and hammam and grocery shops nearby too.

Plenty of free parking, close to Geneva airport. The room was comfortable and clean with a nice view from the balcony. However the bedroom was on the second level with steep stairs, not suitable for the elderly or anyone with mobility issues.

Cheap place in Geneva

Cheap price for the area, breakfast was too expensive. Parking was easy and free which was a big plus. Rooms were ok but not as nice as most hotels, The bed wasn’t very comfortable. For the price and being near Geneva it was good.

Very convenient for car/public transport access to Geneva. Excellent service and friendly, multi-lingual staff. Common facilities, especially dining and swimming pool, are in very good condition. Our small room (no balcony) could use a bit of renewal (stained carpet, shower leaks) but the bed, air conditioning, TV and kitchenette were very good. Overall I am very happy with the choice of La Reserve for our 4-day stay in the area.

Good public transport connection to Geneva airport (bus 66) and Geneva center (bus 60). The 1-bedroom apartment was spacious and quiet, but maybe we were lucky to be on the backside of the hotel as the road in front is quite busy. The pool looked nice but nobody was using it early November. Breakfast was decent. The corridors of the hotel and the rooms look a bit dated, but everything is functional and it is clean.

Very dirty rooms with spiders-webs in the corners, dirty bathtub and everything looked outdated, there was a chewing gum stuck in the carpet. Unfortunately the whole room smelled as if there was an Indian cooking before. Parking was limited but the friendly receptionist allowed us to park at the entrance. The employees are all very friendly and kind. Location is also close to the city and well connected.

Main point to note is, its in France. We landed in Geneva, this is close to airport but its France. Hard to find Uber. Good accommodation, decent space. Not so clean. Sofas are converted to beds, but not so great if its longer than day or two.

I honestly wasn’t expecting a whole lot from our stay, we just needed a place to sleep for an early flight out of Geneva. We were so pleasantly surprised! The staff went above and beyond to help us with dinner options, pointing us to the small town a short walk away for a great restaurant. When we arrived back after dinner, we sat in the lobby bar and had drinks and visited with the bartender and the man from the front desk who checked us in and they were so fun and friendly. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was so comfortable. Our last night in Europe was an unexpected delight because of our stay here. Thank you!
