"Said they were dog friendly but puppy peed on floor wiped it up got told not to come back because we wiped it up with one of their towels but what was I supposed to do and if it's pet friendly can they wash it"

"I booked a king room, the girl at the front desk put me in a queen room saying that is what I booked, when I showed her my reservation on Hotels.com proving I booked a king bed she then changed her story and said we gave all the king rooms to the miners. I asked her for a refund so I could go somewhere else, and she refused, I said I am not getting the room I paid for or booked, she still refused to refund me. After telling her I was going to call hotels.com she gave me a double queen. Then at 9:30 at night she woke my wife and I up by calling our room to ask if we had booked two rooms; like what the hell how unprofessional can you be, no respect for guests, parking is inadequate."
