"We knew this hotel from when we had stayed a year ago. Oh how low it has fallen! No service at the pool, no service at the bar, no air conditioner (despite being at 29 degrees ) We had booked two nights, but we chose to leave after the first one as it was just such a terrible experience. Will not come back again."

"This was my second stay at this hotel, good breakfast, lots of choice, comfortable room, and lovely staff. Rooms were cleaned and stocked every day. Good hotel overall. Had a good view of the alps and the airport runway from my 5th floor room. Supermarkets were close to the hotel which was convenient as well as a bus stop to get in to Verona city if you’re not driving. "

Unfortunately, the reception staff declined to help us book a taxi, which other hotels did. We therefore had to struggle with our limited communication. That was the major negative.
