"My sheets were ripped and the heating system sounded like a 10 passenger jet ready to take off every time it kicked on. I booked the room to have a quiet undisturbed night of rest, which did not happen. Your staff was phenomenal!! Breakfast was good although by the time we got in at 8am some stuff was done, it would be nice to extend to 9:30. Most places end breakfast at 10am every day. Parking was easy. "

"Seemed a little dirty and outdated room had hairs in the tub and pee splash on the side of the sink near the toilet windows were dirty on the outside and blood on the beds blanket also the room set up was odd to far from the tv "

The staff was incredible, from the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out. Our room was spacious, cozy and comfortable - the rates were very reasonable. We love that there is an indoor pool and will definitely return with a few family members. The breakfast was extraordinary and the woman who managed it was lovely - very welcoming, personable and great at what she does. She really went the extra mile.
