"Disclosure: I only had a single night stay. Staff seemed shorthanded, but provided highly exceptional customer service. The other guests had patience waiting for each other’s needs, so even the clients at the hotel made the experience a great one. It appeared to me that all clients appreciated their hospitality and I would highly recommend a stay here."

"Unigue Interesting Lodge, but plan carefully. In Lodge "quiet calm" bars all close 3-4dys/wk. Outside Pub closed 2dys/wk. Spa closed 2dys/wk Theater closed 2dys/wk. (all on different days) No Amenities No "quiet time" so loud guests have no limits Lodge is very clean and staff all very friendly. It's all about the lodge history and the artwork. "

"Well the room had some serious wear and tare too it. Carpet stapled to the floor to cover up something. Dresser really old and warned. There were two rat and insect glue strips, one behind the toilet and one by the refrigerator. The floor towel for the shower floor was stained. The towels to bath with really tattered. They should invest in towels and wash clothes. I went and bought my own. I did kill a roach. There was a very visible space at the bottom of the door and I had to use one towel to block air from coming in. Lastly, my adult kids wanted to visit with me for a few hours. I get to the door of ths room after having breakfast. The phone was already ringing when I was coming in. With the attendant stating " you can't do that". I told her my kids were visiting me. That right there changed my whole demeanor about this place. I will not return to this location. Oh yeah the ac/heater was loud and the curtains would not fully close."
