Staff was very nice and helpful and quick to work with especially the guy working in night this sunday and monday was very helpful and friendly. enjoyed our stay and had a great time.
Awesome property for a stop over in Vernon. Very friendly and helpful staff, and the kids enjoyed the pool. Would definitely stay here again as it is a good budget friendly option for an Okanagan getaway
There are a swimming pool and a hot tub. Those were good addition to our stay. The hotel was clean. Nothing fancy, but price is good for a budget trip.
The property was in a good location. Close to many restaurants and stores. The pool and hot tub were a good size. The room was as advertised. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Thank you.
This wasn’t what we expected. For the cost it exceeded our expectations-room was clean and it functioned as a hotel in all ways for less than a motel fee. It was cool and had a great view.
The price was excellent but the service was slow. Only had one person on during check ins and check outs so the wait was a bit long. The room was spacious and clean.

Large rooms that is pet friendly. We got the room for a cheap rate as we just need someplace to stay for the night. However, we weren't able to sleep due to the broken ventillation within our room.

The staff were usefull, the check in was quick. The fuacetj was broken the first day but was fixed the second day.
The price is the best but service need to improve(towle).
The cleaning was good for the room but the hall and entrance had maintenance issue.
Basic hotel with great prices. Check in was smooth, room was clean, we had a balcony and enough towels and toiletries for a 1 night stay for 2. Free coffee machine was a nice perk in the morning. This hotel is significantly better in price and quality for the area.
Room was on the first floor, dark lighting but comfortable AC and beds.

No coffee in the rooms, limited towels, floor was very dirty. Older room but the price reflected the dated room.
Beds were comfortable. There was coffee in the lobby that was very good and fresh.

The bed was very comfortable and sheets clean. The room needs a major renovation it looks like they tried but cheaped out on the material and did not get a professional to do the work. So the price does reflect what you get. Place was quiet.

Bedding was clean :)
Stained carpets, dirty hallway, water that left a sandy residue in the sink and toilet.
No elevator to the second floor (just a heads up for guests with mobility concerns).
(I understand it was probably a pretty busy weekend.)

It was good priced property. Good location. Perfect to have some rest for a day and move on. Unfortunately, when we arrived our room was quite dirty, but staff member offered to mop our room to which we agreed. Facilities are there, pool, hot tub and sauna (last one was broken a during our visit). I'd say price and staff there are great, good to have a night's rest, but don't expect more.

Our second time staying there. Love the very spacious room, the couch to relax on and lots of space to tuck luggage away. We had planned on going to their 27th Grill restaurant for dinner as advertised (even a poster at entrance!) They need to remove that there is a restaurant on site from their advertising in house and on web. Lots of great restaurants within easy walking (Browns Social House). The room does have a bar fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker which is awesome. But there is no coffee cups, no coffee provided. We luckily brought our own cups, coffee etc Save On sells bulk keurig pods so you don't need to buy a box. It was a very comfy stay and we will be back again.

Check-in was easy, room wasn’t too clean, bathroom fan didn’t work and bed frame was too wide for the mattress, ended up cutting myself twice on the metal frame sticking out.

The pool was nice but a little dirty in the corners . Staff was real nice . Parking for most part was good no kitchen or coffee pot would have been nice . Not enough towels in room when booked for 4 people but front desk had plenty . The room was clean , bathroom could be cleaner but im very picky . All in all for the price it was great . There was no restaurant or lounge which was a little disappointing because we had to drive around to find a place to eat and being new not ever being there before was a bit of an inconvenience but like I said all in all it was nice

It was an OK stay and served us ok during our trip with pet. Suggesting in the future to have rooms suited for pets to be not carpeted. We understand why our floor carpet was stained but ideally, it will be easier to clean floors of pet stains (pet hair, paw mud) if it was not carpeted. Also will like to comment on how loud the ice machine near our suite was. Unbearable at times especially at night. Will also like to add to periodically wipe the dust off the recirculating vent for the room AC. Lastly, the trash bin in the yard just outside our unit where we take our pet to relieve himself should be periodically emptied. Anyway, for the cost/night, it was an OK stay as we were prepared what to expect during our stay.

Bed was clean and very comfortable. Bathroom was clean as well. However, the floors were very dirty. The carpet was gross. The room was very big and spacious. We got the 3 queen beds room. My son’s bed was backed against a door and during the night he smashed his forehead on the door handle. Kind of dangerous setting. However it was quiet and slept well. AC in the room. The pool was nice and warm. They also have a hot tub and sauna. It was hard to find parking at night because hotel was full. When I asked for an extra towel, they said they were out of them. Overall, I would return to this hotel if the price was still cheap. We paid $97 for the night which is very decent.

Check in and check out ran very smoothly. The front desk clerk was polite and courteous.
The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
The bathroom tub did not drain properly and we had to call twice and the second time, no one bothered to show up. I'm not even sure how to describe the bottom of the tub..lol. It was wobbly, like a giant air bubble was underneath. Very unsafe, especially for the elderly.
The deck and the chairs outside were dirty so we didn't bother using them.
There was a new Kuerig machine in the room but no pods/ sugar etc, so useless.
I probably would not stay here again.
