The shower had a grab bar and the tub was not slippery. The room was on the quiet side of the building. The bed was comfortable. The hot tub was a bonus. The breakfast was plentiful. The staff were very helpful."

"The breakfast was good and the breakfast attendant wows very good. I stayed for 2 weeks and asked for no cleaning of the room, since they said I would accumulate extra points if I did not want my room changed daily. However, since it was booked through Expedia, I do not get those points unless I make a special point of calling Expedia. Same for the renos they are doing. The pool could use a good cleaning around the edges"
