"The location is perfectly located across the street from Lake Lugano and within a short walk of downtown. They have an amazing Spa and a Michelin Star restaurant. The staff is always so friendly and makes us feel at home. This is my go to spot in Lugano."

"It was $E40 from the airport which has to be factored into the cost. But there weren't other better options the night I needed to stay over "close" to the airport. Hotel isn't fancy but was comfortable. They had a vending machine of high-sodium prepared mostly pasta dishes for two, in the lobby that functions until 10pm or 11pm. Plus a tank of hot water. Nothing walkable in the immediate area. The nice late night desk staffer took pity and scrounged me a yogurt and crackers from the breakfast stash which meant a lot to me, and is why I give this place 5 stars across the board. Very nice breakfast"
