no respetaron mi reservación, me dijeron que no les aparecía, a pesar de que yo llevaba la confirmación me negaron habitación, encima me dijeron que lo mismo pasó con otro cliente y que se puso pesado… pues como no… si no tienen seriedad.

Estoy muy enojado no respetaron mi reservación cuando llegue al hotel me dijeron que no tenía ninguna reservación que me comunicara con ustedes que ellos no se hacían responsables que es cuestión de ustedes, realmente estoy muy enojado con el hotel y ustedes por la falta de seriedad, prometo evidenciar en todas las redes sociales su falta de seriedad 😡😡😡😡

La regadera no tiene buena presión de agua, para tener agua caliente hay que abrir las 2 llaves de agua. Los colchones tienen zonas sin resortes. Si quieres aire acondicionado en el cuarto te cobran mas.

muy buena ubicación cerca del cento limpio, solo q no me gusto que por ser ecologica la regadera para que salga caliente el agua te tienes q bañar con muy poca agua demaciado para mi gusto deberia buscar otra alternativa.

Buena opción de alojamiento.

No tengo mucho que comentar ya que sólo fue hospedaje por una noche. Pero la habitación fue amplia y con los servicios de wi fi, clima y tv de paga me fue suficiente. Mi único inconveniente fue que no reciben tarjeta de crédito (al menos en esta ocasión) y que tuve que hacer un adelanto mediante depósito (de imprevisto) para que respetaran mi reservación, ya que yo llegaría a media noche.
