Great location. Just a very short walk to the Malecon, Zocalo, restaurants, and the beach. The rooms were very nice and clean. The roof top terrace needs attention like more patio furniture and cool lighting so that guest would want to hang out there. Food trucks parked across the street was a nice surprise. Free on site parking is always a deal breaker for me. This one has it!!! I would stay here again.

No había agua caliente y también no tenía 3 camas matrimoniales como marcaba la reservación y lo no me gusto es que si guardas tu carro en el estacionamiento ya no puedes sacarlo y la llave de le quedan ellos y aún así,si le pasa algo a tu carro no se responsabilizan

Tuvimos un problema que alguien abrió nuestra habitación y sustrajo un par de aretes de oro de mi esposa, y al pedir nos mostraran las cámaras la empleada de recepción se negó argumentando que no tenía acceso.

La primera vez que conocimos al “Mesón del Barrio” fue un buen lugar y con buena atención, pero ahora fue DE LO PEOR, no nos dieron buenas habitaciones, la ropa de cama era vieja, la alberca estaba sucia y también los camastros, se les pidió una sombrilla y dijeron que la tenían guardada y nunca la llevaron, la peor experiencia, NUNCA REGRESAREMOS!

El hotel en sí estaba OK, pero por equivocación me cobraron dos veces y aún no han rectificado el segundo cobro. Además, parece que a partir de eso se robaron los datos de mi tarjeta y ahora tengo miles de pesos de cargos a reclamar. No puedo comprobar que fue el hotel, pero otra reseña dice algo similar, así que vale la pena publicar la advertencia. Si vas ahí, paga en efectivo.

No lo recomiendo!

La habitación se encontraba en malas condiciones y no era como en las fotografias. En general unas instalaciones de mala apariencia y baja calidad. No es recomendable pues las fotografias son diferentes a la realidad.

Se llevó mi carro a un estacionamiento fuera del hotel, según propiedad de ellos. Al regresármelo, este tenía un raspón bastante grande en la defensa.  Al no tener cámaras en el estacionamiento externo, el hotel no respondió, ya que no podían  comprobar que la unidad la raparon en su estacionamiento. El Chilecito me salió en 1.500 pesos la reparación.
