"Everything seemed clean & up to date. Very friendly service though I wish check in had been faster. This is true at most hotels (why can't it be more automated?) but it took over 20 min, which is no fun when you just want to get some sleep. Also like most hotels, no EV charger, but a 110v outdoor outlet at least (almost useless). It's time for hotels to fix this! How hard is it to provide some 220v outlets, at a minimum. Breakfast was standard fare, scrambled eggs were typically disappointing...

"This was a gem! We booked it last minute for the eclipse. I did not expect an entire apartment for the price I paid! 10/10 great room, comfy bed (that's a lot coming from an insomniac) kid and parent approved breakfast, nice communal space and well Located. Kitchen was stocked with everything except food. I'd 1000% stay here again. "

"The staff was pleasant and friendly but the hotel was not up to par. Room was clean but needed TLC , the floors were nice with vinyl hardwood so that was a plus( I don’t like carpet in hotels!), most areas were in process of some type of either demolition or construction ( really couldn’t tell) it was non smoking but smelled of smoke in the halls, which wafted into our room. The entry’s were not locked so anyone could walk around. No hair dryer, there was a coffee pot but no coffee and supplies,...

Eggzactly what you expect

Also like most hotels, no EV charger, but a 110v outdoor outlet at least (almost useless). It's time for hotels to fix this! How hard is it to provide some 220v outlets, at a minimum. Breakfast was standard fare, scrambled eggs were typically disappointing but the MYO waffles were different--was it cinnamon in the mix? Nutmeg? Idk but different was nice. Lots of stores & food in walking distance. Had a pool but I only looked at it as I passed by. For a chain hotel in good condition with pool etc, this was a great deal."

"Expedia screwed up our check in. I'll never use exprdia again. Thank God the hotel staff new exactly how to fix the issue because it happens so often. The screw up could've ruined our trip because there is no other hotel within 40 miles of this location. "
