Stay was good, the manager was friendly. Room was as expected, I liked the kitchen. Property was old but the room was comfy and clean. Only problem I had was the screaming lady about every 2 to 3 hours during the night. Not sure if it was the room next to me or a neighboring property.

Hotel wasn good nothing fancy but solid room and it was clean. Staff was great and informative. 5 minute drive to the beach. Lots of places to eat all around great location.

It was safe and affordable. I just needed a place to sleep. I stayed another hotel by seaward Ave in ventura the night before. It was so noisy that i didn't get a good sleep

Great staff, not so great rooms
The room is decent. You use actual keys instead of key cards. There is no additional lock other than the door knob lock. No deadbolt or chain lock for additional peace of mind. There were gnats/fruit flys all over inside. We spent 30 minutes killing 15-20. The bathroom had a bunch of old dead ones on the ceiling that looked like someone had sprayed bug spray to kill them. There were a few spiders in the bathroom that freaked out our daughter. The walls are super thin and we were hearing the neighbors wrestle and yell. We were woken up in the middle of the night to a loud bang and then foot steps walking back and forth over and over. The only thing good about our stay was the building manager who was super nice.
