"Pool was closed and we weren’t told about this at all.. pretty disappointing. Breakfast in the morning was fast and staff were very sweet. Self check in was a bit more work since we arrived so late at night, but the staff worked over email to coordinate us getting our keys. Very safe area and close to lots of our excursions. "

There is a dedicated bird-watching area with a large variety of species to spot, which was such a treat. ​The Amenities: The pool features a heated side with a swim-up bar that was the definition of relaxing. We also loved the path leading down to a serene river; it’s the perfect, quiet spot to swim and unwind. ​Location: You couldn't ask for a better spot. It’s located just down the road from the waterfall and 10 minutes from the heart of LA Fortuna, making it a very convenient home base. ​If you are considering a stay in La Fortuna, do not hesitate to book this gem! "We absolutely loved our stay Casa Luna. We didn’t make time to use the spa or massages but the stay and breakfast was wonderful. The only complaint we had was how hard the bed was in the junior suite. Pure Vida!"
