"If not for the way I was welcomed at my arrival by an incompetent lady who did not take the time to take names on arrival and made 20 people wait for more then 40 minutes room assignment. fortunrtly her shift finished and was replaced by a lovely young lady who took the time to help us. True checkin is at 3 pm but when you get there at 2:45 and you still have to wait until 3:30 pm to get a room....it is a problem"

We liked being in a bit of a rural setting while still within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We also liked having laundry facilities available. "The area around the hotel did not appear to be the greatest, but the hotel and staff make up for this. The gentleman who checked me in was EXTREMELY FRIENDLY & SYMPATHETIC to the inconvenience I was facing upon arrival to Marseilles. Everyone was very nice, our hotel room had a corner window with a very nice view of the city, where you can see the hills, what appeared to be a castle, and the ocean. It was a good deal for the price. "
