Room is ok. The hotel is 500 years old, so keep that in mind. Room is quiet tho, and everything worked.
Location is great! really a 3 min walk to rialto bridge in one direction and 3 min walk to st mark's square in the other direction. plenty of restaurants and shops around the hotel.
Service was wonderful. all the staff were friendly and knowledgable and spoke english.
Transfer service is a must. inquire about transportation to and from airport. makes your life soo much better."
