"Good location. It was very nice getting a complementary drink as soon as we arrived to check in. Staff was very helpful and helped us arrange a private taxi to get to the airport."

"Our room was absolutely beautiful overlooking canal and gondolas- but ac wasn’t working it was hot - they kindly offered us another room but without the same beautiful view - so we declined - they brought us a fan which helped a ton ! Great location and staff was super nice - only complaint they were redoing room next to us and loud workers as we were trying to take a nap"

"First day there, no hot water for shower. Had choice to take a shower in another room or pack up everything and take another room. We did the latter which was a big waste of time. Find out they knew of the problem prior day yet they still gave us the room. Location was ideal. Breakfast was first class. Check shower before you unpack."

"Nice rooms. Located very close to the Trian station and why I booked this location. However, the location of the hotel is in a run down area of the city. Lots of homeless. Dirty streets. Didn't feel too safe at night walking around. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby that was fantastic. I would book the location again due to the location right across from the train station. We took that to Venice island and to Florence. Parking is a block away and wasn't really guarded. Be careful walking from that location at night."
