"Didn’t appreciate the third party parking lot pay system which generated a lot of concern about how enter and exit the property. Also the barriers at the front are way too narrow making it difficult to navigate with a full size truck"

"Staff was great, but upon check in the lady said the second floor was out of the way but quiet. I definitely was not quiet. I slept with earplugs in and still could hear the noises"

"Unfortunately I got room 233 which is right next to a hallway chat area for guests (there is a coffee table with 4 comfortable chairs around it). Each night a different set of teenagers had conversations there past 10 PM with the noise level you'd expect of teenagers so I had to go shush them in my pajamas at 11 PM (I kept waiting for them to realize it was after 10 PM... wishful thinking on my part). There should be a card on the table or such to warn guests to be quiet after 10 PM or something of that nature."

"The pool and hot tub looked as if they haven’t been cleaned in forever. Hair kept getting on us. Bandaids and garbage on floors. No pool towels for hours. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. We had dried blood on our ceiling and the smoke detector was covered by a plastic garbage bag. Mysterious stains dripping down walls in entryway of room."

"We really enjoyed our stay. My teenage daughter suggested a hot tub, but other than that, it was great. Selfishly, I would love the continental breakfast to be available sooner 6am would be great. "
