Very Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Beautiful hotel very central. Highly recommended.

Clean, nice staff, good location, excellent breakfast

A small family hotel full of charm and exceptional value. If you want a bit of old fashioned charm and warmth you will find it here. We were delighted with our stay and the helpfulness and warmth of welcome of the hosts who take time to make sure their guests are happy. Our room was very comfortable and the decor was thoughtful and warm. The breakfast room lounge area is an absolute delight as was the excellent buffet breakfast. Restaurant closed for evening meals. But there are plenty of places to eat nearby

Simply wonderful. Hotel is amazing and Skagen is heaven on earth.

Great place to stay

Skagen is very popular during summer and understandably so, but out of season too it can be enjoyable, yet cold to see the yellow houses, the sandy beaches and feel the fresh sea air. Would happily choose this place to stay if I go again.

Beautiful historic property, very friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely, cosy, spotless hotel in centre of Skagen. Rooms were very comfortable (we had 2nd floor rooms). Free parking to the rear. Breakfast was a particular highlight - the expected excellent range of bread and bread rolls as is usual in Denmark, as well as a varied, good quality and well-laid out selection of other hot and cold items. Limited reception hours but wasn’t an issue for us. Very relaxing in the low season, would highly recommend.

Stayed there as I was going Norway the next day, very peaceful place and less than 1 minute ride from FjordLine.

We were positively surprised how nice the hotel was. The facilities, the staff, the restaurant - everything to the highest level. Thank you for this great stay!

Wonderful location for exploring the Skagen peninsula. Local train runs every 30 mins. The hotel complex is simply delightful and definitely worth considering for your stay. The houses are simply perfect. Remember to shop before you arrive, especially if coming out of season as not all local restaurants stay open in quieter times. But Skagen and Lidl etc two stops away, or think ahead and shop before you come. Little hotel snack shop has milk and snacks and some meal prep items. Houses quiet,...
