Beautiful property in the centre of the city. The breakfast dinner is a triumph in terms of design of the space and quality of what is provided for breakfast. Really enjoyed this place.

Centrally located. Close to Stena Line ferry and train/bus terminal, so easy to get anywhere. Hotel is hip and cool and modern. Loved my stay. Loved my room on the upper floor (4th but odd to get to) with the vaulted ceilings. Perfect size for the week. I was safe. Breakfast was gorgeous and delicious. Plenty to choose from. Will definitely stay here again and I cannot recommend it enough.

Staff and food made up for the room issues

The stay was nice and the breakfast was fresh and good. The only thing i would comment on is that there are no refrigerators in the rooms, which was a problem because we had medicine that needed to be cool. Also in our room there was carpet, that wasn't newly cleaned i would say.

I liked the location that was only 15 minutes walk from the Stena line terminal. There are lots of restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. The grocery store and rental car area was about 20 minutes walk. I felt safe walking the streets. The only thing I did not really like is having to ask for a ramp to be placed whenever we go inside the hotel and their restaurant for my friend who is in a wheelchair. The ramp has to be carried from the hotel entrance to the restaurant entrance since they only have one ramp.

While we checked in and registered the car plate for parking, we got a parking ticket from parking company which the hotel collaborates with. The person who checked us in did not informed that we should put the taxameter before registration of the car. This made us decide to leave early the morning after. We got a gift for the dog which was sweet. A bit small toilet for a family and there was no air conditioning, this seams to be missing on many hotels in Denmark. We will never stay here again.

Disguisting room, fantastic breakfast

The hotel Room was disguisting, Im happy I only booked 1 night. Had a mattress cover with blood stains. Only got a new mattress cover but they should have changed all of the sheets or our room. Spiderweb on the wall next to the bed. Also found a spider in the bathroom after 5minutes. Stains on the sofa. All the walls were poorly painted. You can hear everything such as when someone is walking up the stairs, talking on the phone or taking a shower. Pillows from Jysk were uncomfortable. The breakfast however deserves 5 stars, I would consider visiting just to experience the breakfast again.

Nachteil: Das Zustellbett/Schlafsofa im Familienzimmer war extrem hart und unbequem. Das ist definitiv nur für ein Kind bis max. 10 Jahre geeignetet und nicht für Erwachsene. Das Bad hat nach Abfluss gerochen und war nur durch eine Glasschiebetüre abgetrennt, sodass auch das Zimmer etwas nach Abfluss gerochen hat. Positiv: Sehr sehr großes Frühstücksbuffet. Renoviertes Bad. Das "normale Bett" war bequem. Fazit: Das Hotel ja, aber nur als Doppelzimmer. Die Familienversion/für mehr als 2 Personen ist definitiv zu empfehlen.

Larm fra gaden

Et ældre hotel der ser ud til at være løbende renoveret. Sengen er god. Skydedøren til toilettet kører ringe og larmer. Vinduerne burde være lydisolerede da forbipasserendes "højlydte snak" på gågaden om natten tydeligt kan høres. Vi blev vækket.
