"Amazing hotel, very badly let down by the staff. There is absolutely no attention to detail. They are all lovely but they tell you as little as possible unless you ask. No offer of ski lockers, ski passes, spa info etc. Dining room has amazing views but again no attention to detail. Eg.. ordered a dessert for sharing & it arrived with no plates, no cutlery. "Staff was excellent and helpful with all our questions, easy access to the ski center, excellent restaurants with in 5 minutes walking distance, breakfast was wonderful. Only downside is when pub is open it is noisy until 3 am and elevator was not working at 5 am so we had to get the luggage downstairs. Even with those item the cost was so low it was well worth the stay."
