Good value for money

The hotel is a bit dated but comfortable enough with a large room and bathroom. We were able to check in early and drop our luggage in the room which was very convenient.

Great location, near to a 7am-10pm supermarket. Also great with 24/7 access to guest kitchen and also coffee machine (press button with choice of coffee, hot water, hot chocolate, cafe latte etc) with take away cups! Great staff! Summertime can be a little loud at nights with street singing at nts nearby, but adds to experience. This summer (2025) was very hot and no air conditioner but wonderful staff provided a grrat fan! Would happily stay again.

Great hotel in a super location. Just a note for those who stay in summer: if it's abnormally hot, there is no a/c but a fan is provided. Note also that there may be street party sounds until late, but the live music is good!

Poor service and too expensive and run down

The reception was not manned - even though it was supposed to be - when I arrived and the front door was locked. I stood on the street for 10 minutes until someone else from the building kindly opened the door. The hotel is old and run down by local standards and far too expensive for the standard it offers. Go to the Best Western near y for better value for money.

Luktade urin i uppehållsrummet på våning 2 precis intill vårt rum. Handfatet på vår toalett läckte, det var smuts på lakanet på ena sidan sängen och även hårstrån. Frukosten ej fräsch, ej nykokta ägg och generellt var vistelsen under all kritik. Vi checkade in vid 17 då var personalen ej där. Smsade och frågade om vi fick gratis parkering men fick inget svar alls.

Hade en hemskt odör av avlopp eller liknande på rummet som jag påtalade. Vänligt bemötande och rummet var luktfritt när jag kom åter. Dock var den kvar på toaletten som nästintill var oanvändbar pga detta.

Snabb och tidig incheckning. Trevligt och bekvämt rum med jättesköna sängar, kuddar, täcken och sängkläder. Bra badrum och jag tog mig ett kvällsbad i badkaret. Terrassen hade vi inte mycket användning för då den hade byggnadsställningar och det regnade ute. Men vi kylde en flaska bubbel där ute. Frukosten var helt okej. Vi lämnade hotellet nöjda och glada!

Var lite orolig innan vistelsen då det fanns en del dåliga recensioner. Visst det är inte steam hotel men det var ett bra rum med en dubbelsäng samt en enkelsäng i varsitt rum. Både toalett dusch fanns på rummet. Min dotter gillade frukosten och hon är lite kräsen men blev överlycklig av croissanterna med nutella. Kaffet ja det var inte bra i maskinen men tog man en kaffe och en espresso i samma kopp och då blev det ok. Precis som utomlands.
