"We had an amazing two nights at Kaldan Samudhra! Amazing property, with excellent service. Santu in the restaurant took amazing care of us. But all the staff was very friendly and attentive. One of them even noticed that my son was reading a book and brought him a bookmark. The food was very good and the pool and amenities (gym, rec room) were fantastic as well. We will certainly plan a trip back here! "

"We stayed here for four days and had an absolutely amazing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Even though we checked in very late—around 2 AM—the receptionist warmly welcomed us and personally escorted us to our room. All our requests were handled promptly and with care. We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast buffets daily, which had an impressive spread of multi-cuisine options including Mediterranean, South Indian, North Indian, and Italian dishes. The variety of desserts was especially delightful. Special hi-fi to a friendly guy and Dhareesh, who took care us personally. Evening high tea by the beach was a lovely touch, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The beach itself was clean and well-maintained, with a staff member present—similar to a lifeguard—ensuring everyone’s safety. Shout out to my masseuse Aliana. The pool was clean and inviting, and the children’s play area was nicely set up. We also tried the spa massage, which was truly rejuvenating. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose this place again for our next visit."

"Nice location, in centre of town, very near beach, but quiet too. Friendly and good value. Nearby is Joe's Cafe for excellent coffee and hot and cold snacks freshly made. On main street nearby there is great place to get laundry done, very good quality and price. Top Star I think it is called. Also very friendly and nice tea shop next to it. Also check out Sabhra restaurant across from temple near Krishna Butter Ball for great N. Indian food at very good prices. Great town and beach, but be careful of rip tide in sea. "

"Hotel is a new hotel, so in a good condition. This feedback is for the owner for betterment of the business, not necessarily a criticism. Generally speaking staff is good too. However, the staff needs better training. The hotel room layout and design needs improvement, we had sewage smell in the room which was due to the exhaust - due to room insulation the exhaust would suck the air out of the drainage. We had to open the windows when turning on exhaust which meant the improper cooling in the room."
