"Peruzzi Urban Residences in Florence was the perfect hotel for us. Great location near city center. Reasonable room rates. Attentive concierge willing to assist with whatever we needed. Daily breakfast included. There was a common area/lounge/living room we used throughout our stay which came in handy since we had 4 separate rooms filled w/ family members. After checking out, luggage was stored for free and we still had access to the common area. We'll def stay here again!"

I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Helvetia & Bristol Firenze, and it was nothing short of a luxurious dream. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccably warm and professional – the staff went above and beyond to make me feel like royalty, handling every request with a smile and genuine Florentine charm. Whether it was arranging a seamless check-in or offering insider tips on the city’s hidden gems, their attention to detail was truly outstanding.
The location is unbeatable – right in the historic center, steps away from the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, and the Uffizi Gallery. Exploring Florence on foot was effortless, and returning to the hotel each evening felt like retreating to an elegant oasis amid the Renaissance splendor. No need for taxis or public transport; everything was at my doorstep.
As for the rooms, they were pure elegance personified. My suite was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully appointed with classic Italian furnishings, plush bedding that invited deep relaxation, and modern amenities that blended seamlessly with the historic vibe. The marble bathroom was a spa-like retreat, complete with luxurious toiletries and fluffy robes – I could have happily stayed in forever!
While I didn’t have the chance to dine at the hotel’s restaurant this time (next visit, for sure!), everything else about my stay was flawless. If you’re seeking a 5-star experience that captures the "
"Hot was very nice and conveniently located 3-5 city blocks from Florence City Center. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend making Hotel Restaurant reservation prior to arrival to get the benefit of the “beautiful roof top view of Florence”. We stayed 3 days and could not get reservations.
Overall very good experience!"
