All staff were very good and cheerful.
The bed room was simple, very clean and shower was also good.
Wi-fi in the bedroom was very fast.
Breakfast had a good selection and the inclusive evening meal was simple but good albeit of a limited selection.
I would happily use this hotel again without any worries.

The room l was in was clean and tidy, no window but was there to sleep . Breakfast was good and plentiful. I parked on the 4th floor and was okay.
The Staff was great and my big thank you goes to the female staff member who found my glasses on the table after l went for a walk around 5pm

Great place to stay and nothing like a normal chain hotel. No one at reception but our key and an envelope was on the desk. Very spacious with some great photographic prints on the walls. Our room was large comfortable and we really liked it. There are several communal areas areas, including a childrens play area, a very clean communal kitchen and eating area with fridge and freezer, tea and and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was a cold buffet affair and was very good. Definitely recommend...

It was my 2nd stay at this hotel and really loved it.
It has ideal location right in the heart of the Umea woth excellent public transport links. Morning breakfast is amazing. Rooms are clean and above all, really friendly and helpful staff. You always have a friendly smiling face greeting whenever you pass through reception. Many thanks to all for making our stay comfortable and memorable.

Very comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was of a high standard with a nice modern but retro feel. The hotel was nicely located to all the shops and amenities, and was easy to move around the city. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. The morning breakfast was delightful and served buffet style, in a relaxed environment, catering for all tastes. I was made to feel very welcome by the staff at the hotel, and will definitely be returning to stay here...

Most hotels I’ve used in Sweden offer free coffee, this one does not. Also note even though has a huge tv in the room, this is of little use unless you use YouTube or have a Swedish Netflix account as there are no std channels to watch it’s all via streaming.
