emplacement ideal, excellent service du personnel. Par contre nous avions une suite mais aucun verre dans la salle de bain, aucun oreiller ou couverture de plus au besoin dans la chambre. Sinon le reste etait impecable.

Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac
Each time we stay at Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac, we are warmly greeted by the staff. On our most recent stay, the room was wonderful, it was very quiet in our hallway, and we both slept well on the very comfortable bed. We look forward to our next visit.

Hôtel Palace Royal Centre-Ville par JARO
Hotel is “tired” and needs refurbishment. Gym was out of date and not clean and room service took 70 minutes for a sandwich when the promise was 35-40 minutes
