It took 2 days to get trash can replaced. The hurricane required extensive repairs.. Which was a good thing. Three years ago the rooms desperately needed updating, the were bordering on shabby. But the new furniture is so poorly made that it is already needing repairs. Its a shame because the location is so good. We ordered orange juice for breakfast and were served a plastic bottle of juice you would find in a vending machine with no glass. In Florida???

Staff is not helpful or nice. They didn’t go out of the way to make use feel welcomed. They were also doing some maintenance on the hotel and it was extremely loud in the room all day. The facilities themselves were very nice and pretty clean.
