The property was very nicely maintained. The room was comfortable and clean. The instructions fir entry and expectations of guests were simple and easy to understand. For the price and location we were very happy with our stay. The only caveat I would have is there is an over explanation in the hallway about the house not providing breakfast. It seemed out of place. However, understandable if the name is Bed and Breakfast that some may assume there is breakfast included regardless of what is posted.

The name is Teresa's house and i just do not understand why people alway bother with breakfast. sorry we didn't meet you for we had thanksgiving dinner both night, thank you for staying with us and happy thanks giving.

DO NOT STAY HERE! WORST PLACE I EVER STAYED AT! Free bottled water is stated in the amenities.. we arrived and she was not home all day so we got our own water thinking it’d be no big deal. Later that day she confronted us and said we made her uncomfortable by us getting water on our own because she wasn’t home all day. She later said that night that it was a misunderstanding and that it was okay. The next day while we were out sight seeing, I received a text from her that we are being kicked out and that she was calling the police. So we went back, packed our stuff and Expedia gave us a refund. While we were getting our luggage back she treated us like thieves, talking rudely to us, our luggage was moved around and was obviously searched without our permission. I never found out what provoked all of this, but after talking to her she wouldn’t tell us.. Just for getting a bottle of water after a hot summer day hiking. Lastly she didn’t even try to talk to us from the beginning whenever we saw her around the house or respond to us if we tried to initiate any conversation..

Breakfast anyone?
There was no breakfast, a point which was hard figure out from the descriptions we received before our stay. Perhaps this point could be made more clearly. Otherwise, clean, comfortable, quiet and friendly. I enjoyed having no TV! Teresa is a wonderful host.

Dear guest, some guests may assume all houses are bed and breakfast, but a lots of house nowadays doesn't provide breakfast(that why our price is much lower than those BNBs), we are homestay, we never listed we are BNB, we never include breakfast in our service list, there is NO breakfast included on our listing, we even send emails right after your reservation(Aug 6, 7:39pm) to confirm that we do NOT have breakfast(Aug 6, 7:43pm), and i can see you have read it(Aug 6, 9:00pm). So you had lots of time to cancel the reservation before Aug 10th. also lots of our guest come here just to enjoy dim sum or other restaurants, so there is not much for me to say about breakfast. Thanks for staying us.

The house is well maintained, clean and comfortable. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The place is generally quiet except when there are other guests in the house. The mattress is a bit too soft for my husband but fine for me.

We were greeted at the door on a late arrival- very welcoming! The space was spotless. The beds were probably better than my bed at home. Great spot to stay for a quick overnight!

Good choice but beware cancellation policy
Nice place but my friend had problems with cancellation. Owner wanted 1/2 of total reservation price even though the cancellation was within one hour of reservation so it will be disputed. However, my stay; was enjoyable with a private bathroom and parking was convenient (on driveway). Location is somewhat remote but in a nice neighborhood.

It was a very elegant house and the host were very gracious to share it. World apart from staying in a large very impersonal hotel as this was more akin to comfortable warm quiet stay in what I would definitely consider as my home away from home.

friendly host and comfort room, easy check-in & check-out. Its a nice clean place to stay when it is in low season as it only has one bathroom for all rooms. room we stayed at was very roomy. Friendly host sure gives a warm welcome.

Dear guest, we only rent three rooms with one of room has ensuite bathroom, and two rooms sharing two large bathrooms. so despite that bathroom is not inside of that two rooms, we never have problem on limit bathrooms. Thank you for staying with us and Wish you Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Arrived at 9 pm, Theresa was there to greet us, we were very tired from our oversees flight, when straight to bed, great bed, everything was very clean and well explained, only thing that would have made it better would be an en-suite bathroom. Other then that I’d give it a 10
