Your claim was not true. We cleaned the property in professional way from every corner. You notified us you would bring a dog at last minute. It's a newly remodeled property. No one stayed at this property during your 14 days stay. From our living room security camara recorded video , we found out that you damaged the wood stairs hit by your luggage by accident . The new wood came out of the print. Besides, your dog slept with you at the bed not on the floor, all the tiny hairs spread over all the bedsheets and duvet cover which could not be washed away twice. We have to throw away and change a brand new bedsheets and duvet cover instead.

Thank you to show your upset for your mistake .You booked non-refundable rate while you requested for full refund. Simply book refundable rate if you are not sure. Your claim is totally untrue since you have not stayed . Thank you again

For security reason we frequently changed the new code . We would improve to make the code image as sample only. We would text you the new code within 24 hours before you checking in. In this way , nobody would get confused. Thank you again to help us improve.

Thank you for your comment. There is language barrier and misunderstanding for sure. There are 2 street parkings along our property. There are 5 driveway parkings . You wanted to park across the street which is neighbor property. I told you better not . Instead you could park along the property or the driveway. We occasionally came for this property while we are 90% away as we mainly live in US. That’s the idea we initially began to share with our most vacant property with everyone. You just happened to meet us unfortunately during this time. You took and eaten many of our food and drinks at the kitchen as well .We did not say anything. For a small dirt at the toliet, you came to us at midnight after we took rest. It’s a guest just checked in. Perhaps she was in a rush going to that toliet even she has her own in suite washroom as no time to reach there. Sam instantly cleaned the toilet and told you going to bed as too late now while you keep complaining.

Thank you for your valuable comments. I believe you have booked queen size bedroom upstairs.We have given you clear instructions by message for the codes to check in in the morning to noon. So you could have the codes to check in by 3 PM. IT’s newly renovated house. The 2nd floor you stayed specifically have all the new stainless appliances: cooking oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, hood, toaster. Wondering if the curtains gave you the feeling of darkness. You could switch on the light which should be bright enough as we fully printed both inside every corner and outside as well. We installed a bedside reading light . You could also move the light to the desk to use. Next time if possible you might try king sizes room at downstairs. Thank you for your stay.

You are right that the neighborhood is quite and safe. There is playground just 5 minutes walking left from the property and you could jog or walk around. There are 2 sets of kitchen and living room for 5 rooms in total, one is upstairs sharing with 2 rooms quests, the other one is downstairs sharing with 3 rooms guests. There are wall clocks at the kitchen. We would add alarm clock, shower cap , small tooth paste, toothbrush and lotions to each room. Definately we would change adjustable dim switch for every room. In addition, we are adding the gym equipment at downstairs so the guests could do some exercises sometime. Appreciate your valuable time to tell us what we should make better for all the guests. You are mostly welcome back anytime to enjoy our improvement. Thank you again

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We just completed the new renovation last October. So there are lots of touch up here and there.1. The mattress is a firm mattress .Will change a brand new sealy plush top mattress for more comfort.2. Would add night light besides the bed. 3. Would add 2 hooks at the back door of the washroom to hang on the clothes. 4. There is central AC which usually would be opened when it’s hot. You are right . We should open 24 hours now since it’s Summer now. I would like to invite you coming back again shortly to see our improvements. Thank you once again for your valuable points.

Thank you for your valuable comments. The internet speed is 150 M which is fast. Never any guests complained about that. Why did you not mention to us during your stay. Meanwhile we found you keep AC warmi at 86 F while we cleaned your room today
