It really is a boutique hotel! Such history in the walls and super clean. The sauna was such a luxury! Would stay there again.

The property is not accurate to the description given. The bathroom is communal (shower too) with no AC. The area is unsafe at night, and you're not allowed to bring people after 10pm. They lock the door and have to let you in. Parking is inconvenient as it is in an entirely seperate building with no signage. Advertised two bathrooms per floor, there's only one. Bed was very uncomfortable. Provided fan did nothing as there was two outlets in the room and our window would noy stay open. I do not recommend staying at this property l, as we paid 300$ for a double bed.

A great affordable place to stay in downtown Vancouver. It doesn't have the amenities of more luxurious options but provides what you need at a low cost in the heart of downtown. Close to the public transit and parking is included. Friendly and helpful staff.

When i booked my stayed said in the app was free breakfast was no breakfast just coffee in tea rated 4 stars service was good room are clean but bed way too small

It was a nice room, comfortable bed and the facilities were very clean. There was no TV, but I didn’t need a TV. There was a little desk to use your laptop, which I didn’t have time to use, but I appreciate the fact it was there

The staff are kind, friendly, and efficient; as are the desk staff are knowledgeable, easy to talk to and very accommodating. Nicely organized and decorated, it’s a beautiful old building where the rooms are nice, and clean. They have a coupon for the neighbouring restaurant, which makes stellar pizza, and serves a nice drop.

Cute, friendly little hotel with character. Doesn't have some of the amenities that more expensive hotel have such as larger rooms, fridges in the room, large TVs or even en-suite bathrooms for some of the rooms. But makes up for it by its great location, cleanliness and old-world charm.

Only stayed for a night while passing through but it’s everything you need to rest your head when your focus is to explore the city. Has some good amenities as well, if you need. Really helpful staff and the diner beside the hotel is great too!

Location is very good: close to a metro station and a railway station, many kinds of food shops are around the hotel. The room that I stayed was comfortable and quiet. Price was relatively reasonable compared to other accommodation in Vancouver.

Very quaint hotel Over 114 yrs old! But well kept and well maintained and so clean Quiet too except for some clunking out of washroom at times But felt safe here Rooms just to know are very tiny and with a double bed and no mini fridge so just get lots of ice to chill things like beers or wine in advance before heading out to shows and concerts and the Canucks in the very immediate area

Excellent location, good price, and easy parking. Only complaint was the bed was not that comfortable, and noise from hallways easily gets in. Bad timing on my part though since it was St. Patrick’s Day and a lot of drunk people were coming and going through the hotel.
